We had Dylan as our server and let me tell ya, you can’t find a better server this side of the Mississippi! Dylan is thoughtful and caring as a mama bear. He really sets the tone for sparks to fly in this restaurant, almost like a modern day Cupid, if you will. If you’re lucky, you will be blinded by his silver chain, really bringing fashion back to restaurants. I bet all my money this guy will be running this restaurant by the end of the year.

Beautiful restaurant with multiple sections indoors and out. A little bit of an up and down to get in if you park on the road but it’s worth it. Easy street parking was available when we went and the place is kid friendly. A bakery and coffeeshop is inside and the carrot cake is delicious! Will definitely come back the next time we are in town:)

We have not been to this restaurant in awhile. The prices are up but it deserves 5 stars as the food is great and has a wonder presentation. V the menu is mainly sandwiches, burgers and salads but what I like is you can also get a chicken, salmon or prime rib dinner. I have allergies and the chef made the chicken with a different sauce and vegetables. The waiter kept me informed and per the chef asked if whatvhe planned for my meal was ok. They craft their own tap beer selections and have a coffee bar with the best milk steamers in town. A bit noisy, especially with a live rock concert going on in the next room, but it is a brew house so one should expect noise.

Excellent service and food . Loved the beautiful outdoor seating. We were traveling and had never been in the area . We were actually looking for another restaurant we found online when we stopped a gentleman for directions. He didn’t know the location of it so suggested Brues. So glad he did ! We didn’t realize that the restaurant entrances were below the buildings around the riverwalk . What a nice surprise ! We had wonderful weather so outside was a great option. Our waitress was very nice . The food presentation and taste was great. I had the turkey sandwich and my husband had wings . Waitress suggested he try the Korean BBQ wings and he really liked them .

Didn't have trouble with parking. We didn't bring our dog so didn't sit in nice dog friendly patio, the regular patio was full. Too bad for us as there is a lovely view of river walk. We were seated at table in bar nest to their bakery. Beer was ok- the green Chile chili was great! Our waiter was great. Later we order bug cinnamon roll from bakery- yummy!

Host was terrible, didn't look at us and told us to wait they.were working on something. Food is mediocre and way overpriced. Won't recommend to anyone. Did I say the host was terrible? Oh, he was quick to bring a dog a bowl of water.

I've wanted to try this place for a few years. So, I went today for lunch. The host was awful, didn't ask where we would like to sit, patio, table etc. didnt say someone would help us soon, but since it took 10 min for anyone to ask us what we would like to drink I couldn't understand why he didn't say anything. So, the menu was disgusting, and had oil on it. I don't understand why someone couldn't take the time to wipe it off. I noticed right off it was more of a bar than anything. I guess its glorified bar food. It took 1 5 min to have our order taken, and 40 min to get two burgers. My fries were cold and rubbery, disgusting! The burger was $26! the prices are unbelievable for the service and quality of food. I expected more after paying $70 for 2 burgers, 2 drinks and chips with salsa. I just feel sick about it now after spending that kind of money on such an awful time and terrible food.

First, if you have any mobility problems, go elsewhere. The street 'entrance' for this place takes you through a maze, up two flights of stairs and then down two, if you follow the signs correctly. We had to backtrack once. My girlfriend has bad rheumatoid arthritis, so it was a thing. You can roll there on the river walk, but of course that's it's own trek of hundreds of yards from the nearest access point if you can't walk uphill across a lawn. Anyway, finally get to the hostess station. There is no one manning it, but some guy comes over. He asks me for a name. Confused, I ask if there is a wait. He says no and starts walking away, apparently we should follow him. He doesn't ask if we want to sit outside. Having that dip serve as host is management ding number one. It's Friday (today) at 2:10 pm, but the place is about a third full. The bartender is our server. I ordered the "Haus Lager". I figured it's a brewery, and I should investigate the local offerings. Their idea of a lager is to overwhelm a nice looking golden lager with ale hops, just destroying all the subtlety that long-fermenting lagers are supposed to be about. It was like double IPA hops on what would otherwise be a pilsner. Awful. My girlfriend ordered the salmon 'burger' which at $26 is robbery. It's a puck of salmon with about a cup of coleslaw dumped on top of it, all served with a side of cold fries. Seriously, twenty-six bucks and the fries were cold. Our server told us he'd 'let the kitchen know'. Great. Guess what kind of management response that got? None. There is no management. It's a feral restaurant. I ordered something called The Grinder which is Italian Sausage w/provelone on a bun. I have no idea if the subtle provelone was any good because they destroyed the thing with an enormous jalapeño pepper that blew my palette out completely. Even after I discovered it and removed it, my taste buds were gone. I love hot food, I went to school in the birthplace of hot wings, but this was almost too spicy to eat. It took about a half an hour to get our crappy little meals. After we were served, we had no server contact whatsoever. No one came to refill our drinks. No one came to ask how our food was. When we were done, I had to walk to the bar and ask for the check. Should I have talked to the manager? I don't think there was one. This is just another poorly managed Pueblo joint. They clearly see themselves as a bar, not a place for food. It shows in everything they do: surly host, filthy menus, long waits for quick meals, asinine execution of what was probably a menu developed for them, and that service. Bless their shriveled little hearts. Don't go to this place to eat, and don't go for the local brew. Don't go.

Awesome Bruce’s Alehouse Burger and sweet fries. Green chili was just spicy enough to make it 5 stars too. House margarita was perfect. So glad we stopped in for late lunch.

Good craft beer, pretty decent food. It’s such a busy place, it slowed down service. But, if you’re here to enjoy good company with friends, waiting is not a big deal.

Solid food and great beer! On the way from Texas to Denver and this was the perfect pit stop.

Burgers were great and more than fulfilling. As an IPA fan, the EXP IPA was OK but Nectaron Hazy very good. The Czech Dark and Vintage Funk was also very tasty.
