The quality has been dropping over the past few months and its really beginning to show. Charging a dollar for each individual ranch is ridiculous. I honestly feel insulted. I would love to know where my last five wings are, because they weren't with my order!

I’ve always thought the service at this location was subpar, but tonight really took the cake. The wings usually take forever to come out, but tonight was a different issue. I come to my local sports bar to watch the Lakers and the ponytailed, bearded bartender couldn’t be bothered to assist me. I asked politely if the Lakers game could be put on the TV. Dude, just looked angry for whatever reason. I sat down and ordered a beer and just waited… nothing. A good 10 minutes went by. The bartender glanced over at me several times and never changed the channel. So I let him know I never touched the beer and I got up and left. Great customer service.

Hello, So I am really sorry to say as I have always been a huge fan of wild buffalo wings. However today was such a disappointment and horrible eating adventure. Today was my birthday and I received a coupon for six free wings and I was excited as again I love to eat here. I went in order food for my sister, my son got chips and cheese w chilli, paid extra for the chilli, ordered onion rings paid Xtra for cheese curds as a side order soda that cost me almost $4.00 a piece. I get my wings Garlic Parmesan bone in and they are horrible, overcooked, super spicy, and dry. So the waitress replaced my wings and same thing overcook and spicy. I paid my bill no problem and even tipped the waitress as this isn't her fault. I spoke w/the Manager and her answer was O you know I have heard that before. Asked me if the waitress had replaced my wings which she did and they were free. However I wasn't even offered a real solution and it isn't like I just got everything for free or even asked for a discount on my food. Super disappointed..

Love me some wings and that 20 for 20 WITH FRIES is really nice. HOWEVER! Every single time they forget the fries and when you drive back and go in to tell them to get them they give you The stalest fries they have probably from a few days ago. They always forget something. Today I got the 20 for 20 deal and I had saved up points for a year so decided to get an additional 15 TRADITIONAL wings as well and they gave me bone-out very dry chicken nuggets that were 95% bread!!! I guess when you end up spending $250 in one year at BDubs your reward is not what you want and on top of that super dry bread crumbs. I'm not saying it's the worst but do better!!! Especially for a frequent customer!

As Blazin' Rewards members, we're pretty familiar with Buffalo Wild Wings, but this was our first time at the Pueblo location since moving from Texas. We were not disappointed! The food was great, and the staff was super welcoming. Our server, Anastasia, was outstanding. She took our drink and appetizer orders right away and was always friendly and professional. She deserves major kudos! Glad to know we've found a BWW that we can count on for a good experience now that Pueblo is our new home.

The kitchen was a mess and we had ordered an appetizer and our meals as well as wings to go.. the first thing we got was wings to go.. nonetheless our server was absolutely amazing and we will definitely be back.

The restaurant was absolutely dirty. Trash is all over the floor including food. The bathroom is a biohazard. The wings were so dry and overcooked it was like eating saucy leather. Service was extremely slow. I felt like they should have paid us to eat here.

Food quality is subpar messed up our order shorted us wings, for the price definitely not worth it. Took a picture of this so called wing !!!!
Bad experience. Food was not good. Burger came out 30mins after my husband's food. Burger and fries were cold and dry. Husband's wings were cold. Fries were cold. Service was non existent. Manager was too busy flirting with her kitchen staff and getting drunk to pay attention to customers.

Entrees came out 30 minutes apart. Both entrees were cold. Service was lackluster. Manager sat behind us flirting openly with kitchen staff getting completely hammered. Refilled her beer and cocktail 4 times just our short time there. Kitchen staff were vaping with the manager at the table directly behind us.

DO NOT GET A TO GO ORDER. They skimp you on the fries/potatoes wedges and they give you the old hard wings that you can’t even taste chicken.

Response to Owner: I don’t need to fill out a form. Just clean up your nasty restaurant. It’s self explanatory.
Trash. Everywhere. Parking lot. Floors. Bathroom. All the BWWs are gross and dirty and dingy. But they’re open late and serve food. This one is particularly disgusting. One bartender working hard. Five people staring at phones. Food and used napkins and receipts and lettuce and crap just all over the place. I just picture the manager walking past all the trash on his way in from his car and thinking “yeah, this is a place people want to come eat”. As low as my standards are, as I still come to this terrible chain, this place smells like everyone bathed in and then gargled cleaning supplies. The packaged fries were crispy.
