If I could leave less than one star I would. This location service has been horrible more than 2 occasions. I decided to give them another chance but they showed no signs of improvement. The first incident they took 50mins to tell me that their system was down and they couldn’t give me my mobile order that was already paid. The manager Matt was not willing to listen or assist in anyway and stated that he wasn’t my mother. Second incident was no communication in drive through, waited for 15 mins no one said anything. Would not waste anymore time or money at this place. HORRIBLE even after disputing mobile order the company still didn’t refund my meal.

They're rude and don't honor online advertisements , they hassle you over coupons and the drive through has a fang hanging out into it that is completely unacceptable for extended cab trucks at night with no lighting to see it ! They need to completely reconfigure the guard around the power box and install better lighting ! It caught my truck and did 2000$ dollars worth of damage because of poor design and lighting , I should have sued them but didnt , now im rethinking that decision ! I prefer BK over other chains but I doubt I'll ever spend another dime here after my last visit , I usually spend 40 to 50 $ a month here , but no more after refusing to honor the 3.99 Wensday deal , I tried to use a coupon for the two whopper jr deal and was asked for the coupon number in poor lighting in small print at 1130 at night instead of just being allowed to present it at the order/pay window ! A total travesty in every way ! I'll recommend to all my friends to go Arby's , , Carl's Jr or Culvern's instead of going here ! I. The night manager is a joke ! I've worked I the food service industry for 40 + years , I was appalled by the rude service !

Just placed an order through Uber eats. Over 80% of the order is missing. Now I have to go to the store and pick up all the items that wasn’t in my original order. So I paid Uber delivery fees plus tip for driver and now I have to pick up an order that they employees were to incompetent to place the right food items in my bag. I will not be ordering anything from this Burger King ever again. Horrible service and management.

Sat and waited at the drive thru speaker for an employee to answer... his mic was still on so we heard what he was saying.. anyway it took us 30 minutes to get an online order we was already 15 minutes late picking up.. not very good customer service etiquette.. butnits till one of my faves..
