Drive through. Manager was hateful with the person who was waiting for me to pay. Then, the manager brought out the wrong food! $33. For the wrong food & a hateful attitude from the manager.... I'm very disappointed! I'm angry to say the least.

I have tried to go to this location three times past 9 pm over the last month and a half or so and every single time I am told that they can't take any orders because their system went down. Seems kind of like someone just doesn't want to do their job at this point lol it is the same person every time.

First off, this BK location knocks it out of the park. Whoever puts the burgers together needs a raise. Every texas double whopper i get looks like great, were talking commercial quality aesthetics. I always have a big order and ive never spent more than 5 minutes waiting even with a long drive thru line.
The staff are always friendly and courteous. Especially Jackson. He is always upbeat and has a good vibe about him. He even remembers my name which is crazy because i only go here twice a month.
The dining area is always clean, tidy and well stocked with lids, straws and napkins.

Past 4 trips to BK has been a disaster the girl at the drive through can't ever get my order right. Last time we had cold fries and cold poppers. Time before that she gave me fries when I ordered rings. And this time she gave me the wrong sandwiches. Just pissed!

Well, I am grateful they honor coupons, bc these days this is the only way to afford frivolous things. And if you got a coupon, this place is real nice as far as Burger Kings go but if you ain't got no coupon, then why pay these prices for BK food? Plus the cup of Joe has always been fresh.

Came through the drive thru took forever because they decided to tell everyone that they had to hold on a few minutes that took 10 minutes finally ordered the beeef tacos when we got to the windows they said to.pull ahead even thought it was fast food tacos were soggy even ground beef tasted like watered down ketchup with cumin
