I’ve noticed a huge change when getting my late snack when I get off work. I used with issues with items missing and customer service. But within the past 2-3 weeks I noticed difference in the food service and customer service! I noticed so much of a change I asked to speak to the manager, he informed me his name is Gabe and he is a the recent night manager, i let him know how grateful I am. Burger King is my favorite restaurant for a late snack and I’m so glad things have improved!!

After work I go to this Burger King. I’ve always been treated well by the employees. Quick response and delivery. Drive through employee was super friendly tonight too. Night shift better than any other fsday food night crew.

The cashier Crystal apodaca is such a wonderful person she brings your food to you when she has free time when you walk in the door she greets you with a smile within the first 10 seconds of you coming in she helps take your order while cleaning lobby wiping windows throwing trashes and cleaning tables. Best customer service I have seen in a long time for fast food. Keep up the good work girl you deserve to shine. ❤️⭐

This BK usually has good service & good food. Tonight was a different story, the dude taking our order was very short & almost rude with us over the mic. Got our food it was all there, when we got home and divided the food out, every single item we got was stone cold, except for the fries which had a slight warmth to them but barely. And then I get to my honey Mustard chicken wrap and it is 2 tiny pieces of burnt rock hard chicken that you cannot bite through! Very very disappointing!
