They need to learn to answer the phone and don't take it off the Hook .this can help with orders . It can help reduce walk in orders with longvwait time . May be one more person at counter.
I hadn’t been to burrito Betty’s in quite a while. The atmosphere was not very welcoming. The vent on the AC from the ceiling was filthy dirty. The lady that took my ordered did not smile or even make eye contact. She gave me my change after I paid without a thank you or any eye contact the tip jar was empty, which was understandable. I ordered a number two, which is bacon egg cheese Potato and chili wasn’t sure if there was any egg in there while I was eating it I did find a few bits of bacon and a couple of drops of green chili. That’s the last time I’ll ever go back there.

Don’t place a large order because they will not fill it. They committed to the order and did not call to say they weren’t going to fill it. Showed up to get it and said they can’t do it.

I went this morning close to 11 AM. I placed an order for three breakfast burritos, two without cheese. When I got home the bacon breakfast burrito literally had four little pieces of bacon no green chili, the sausage one had no green chili and one sausage link instead of two. I believe is what they normally put in the sausage ones. It was mostly potatoes. The place is very tiny, people were crammed in the small space waiting to order and get their food. With as much money as this place makes you think they would expand. Maks on lake has delicious burritos and not skimpy with the meat. Not so much potatoes.

Placing an order by phone can result in extended hold times without your order being processed. To enhance customer satisfaction and streamline the ordering process, the implementation of an online ordering system should be considered. While the food is undoubtedly commendable, the overall experience requires improvement.
