My wife and I were visiting Pueblo from Denver, after seeking some good vegetarian/ vegan options, we found cherry thai. We were nothing but satisfied. The owner went way out of her way to ensure us that what we ordered was vegan and that the cooks took care. It was delicious and affordable and the portions were generous. 10/10 would recommend

So tasty! Able to accommodate vegetarians, pescatarians, and vegans! The curries are coconut milk based. The only dishes that have fish sauce are the Tom Yum soup,Tom Kha soup, & papaya salad, but you can request no fish sauce (will taste dif than original, of course)!

Place is great! I was warned about the food being hot. I should've gone with the mild but it was still great. Im sure the internal decor will improve as this place grows in popularity. I will be coming back

I’ve been a regular customer since they’ve opened. The quality has changed. Shrimp green curry is 16-17$ and comes with 3-4 tiny pieces of shrimp??? Unacceptable. Second time in a row. They’ve upped there prices. I order here once a week spending 75-$ every time for the last year and the quality has declined. Not worth the price. 3 pieces of small shrimp is honestly insane for that price.

I just have one thing to say and it's a warning. Everything about this restaurant was basically fine but I ordered Tom Kha soup, they had all the seeds still in and at the very bottom. It was a very painful experience and kind of ruined it for me, font know if this is a constant thing for them but if you order anything Thai hot just know, 50%??? chance you'll get a spoonful of straight up Thai pepper seeds.

I tried Cherry Thai for the first time today, and I’m a big fan of curry. I decided to try their Red Curry with shrimp. While the overall flavor of the curry itself was descent, the consistency was that of water. I am used to curry having a thicker, gravy-like consistency. I also ordered mild and it was a lot spicier than any mild I have tried before. I had to stop eating it and take the rest to go because of the spice level. The portion size was great, and the shrimp were cooked nicely, however there are several other restaurants I would rather order curry from. Not sure if I will be back again, but I was slightly disappointed.
