The food is always fire. But Chick-fil-A has a new policy where you're only allowed to get two sauces per item. I told them straight up that it was stupid. Christians already have mega churches that scam people for their money, now Chick-fil-A is trying to scam people for 10 cents for every plastic cup that contains water with spices. Yeah it's only 10 cents, but it's the principle. I doubt it's the inflation, they already underpay all of their employees, everyone from the truckers Who deliver the foods to the restaurants, to the employees who always give five star service. So why are you doing this to us. PROVERBS 22:9 and HEBREWS 13:16. Just saying.

I think whoever the manager on duty is at 2:24 PM on 7/4/25 needs to be retrained. I was literally the only person on the patio, when the store decided that this was the right time to throw all of the rugs out right next to my table, and to start sweeping them, towards my direction, mind you. When I brought this up with the alleged manager, she shrugged her shoulders and said OK I will tell him.
I literally sat down to eat my meal, and I threw it away without having another bite. The store is reflective of this community, trash. I will definitely not be back to this Chick-fil-A.

Chicken sandwich was tiny, fries tasted raw. I ‘ve enjoyed chick-fil-a since it was exclusively a mall restaurant. I’m very disappointed. It’ll be awhile before I dine there again.

Never have I ever been told that I would be charged for sauce in the middle of my order and so disrespectfully spoken to by the people that work in this restaurant I did call and ask to speak to the manager Whitney put me on hold for five minutes and I decided clearly she did not care about my opinion or how I feel about this restaurant so I will never ever ever be back to Chick-fil-A. Easily I was coming by two times a week while my kitchen was getting redone. NEVER AGAIN!! I will go to Popeyes

So many fast food chains can learn from this place and their employees. Their training really shows and pays off. This place always has long lines because the food is delicious, BUT you never have a long wait either inside or through the drive thru. Also the employees are always friendly and welcoming, and the food is always on point! Me and my family go often, and I think only once was my order messed up, but they didn’t hesitate to correct it and make it right. Great job 👏🏼

Today, Chick-fil-A gets one star! I have not been in this specific store and it was a bit confusing. Instead of being patient and explaining a little bit about what's what it was more like a cattle call fofire it out. I ordered my food to go and after waiting patiently while people after received their food prior to mine, I went to the front and asked them where was my food? While they're trying to chase it down...... low and behold my food comes walking in from the outside. I don't know. Came home mine went in the trash. Yes I'd like my $10 back please. Having it walk around the parking lot, I just didn't feel comfortable eating what was in the bag. The bag was not folded over so all of the breathing, talking everything right into the sack. I think I'm done w Chick-fil-A!!! Not a very good experience al all. And the "funny" thing above all, not one person said they were sorry. Or apologized, not one.
They say "my pleasure" quite well perhaps they should teach "I'm sorry" as well..

Have you ever thought of opening another Chick-fil-A on the south side of Pueblo? Your Northside location, it’s always crowded and I’m sure that we’re not the only customers who half the time just drive away to another restaurant. There’s a lot of business land on Pueblo Blvd and I’m sure everyone would Welcome another location! Seriously, think about it!

I was meeting up with a 4 bus group this morning to drop off my daughters to join a 200 person ski trip. Unfortunately we didn’t call the day before and give the management the heads up. I was 10 or so mins ahead of the group when I showed up at 7am. I gave the staff the news that 200 hungry kids were fast approaching. Everyone went into immediate action and from our perspective the service was spectacular! I’d like to give Taryn a big shout out for handling the madness like a pro! She made that first hour of the day a success for not only the huge group but for her staff as well! Great job Taryn!!
