Served up two orders of chicken nuggets that were visually charred black and were so hard you couldn’t chew them. How do you even serve that to a customer? Bathroom faucet was just stuck on and wasting gallons of water. Two faults in a single visit, where was the manager? Just standing around watching the employees work.

I usually eat here often, but today I had one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had. I ordered a salad and found a long hair in it on the very first bite. When I called, I was told the only option was to come back the same day for a refund — even though the restaurant was about to close. When I asked for a manager, I was hung up on, then passed to another manager who also refused to resolve the issue beyond a refund.
I drove all the way back, wasted more of my time, and all I was given was my money back. No accountability, no real apology, no care about food safety.
This is not the level of customer service Chick-fil-A is known for. Pueblo deserves better.

The food is always fire. But Chick-fil-A has a new policy where you're only allowed to get two sauces per item. I told them straight up that it was stupid. Christians already have mega churches that scam people for their money, now Chick-fil-A is trying to scam people for 10 cents for every plastic cup that contains water with spices. Yeah it's only 10 cents, but it's the principle. I doubt it's the inflation, they already underpay all of their employees, everyone from the truckers Who deliver the foods to the restaurants, to the employees who always give five star service. So why are you doing this to us. PROVERBS 22:9 and HEBREWS 13:16. Just saying.

I think whoever the manager on duty is at 2:24 PM on 7/4/25 needs to be retrained. I was literally the only person on the patio, when the store decided that this was the right time to throw all of the rugs out right next to my table, and to start sweeping them, towards my direction, mind you. When I brought this up with the alleged manager, she shrugged her shoulders and said OK I will tell him. I literally sat down to eat my meal, and I threw it away without having another bite. The store is reflective of this community, trash. I will definitely not be back to this Chick-fil-A.
