Called them a week ahead to pick up a $50 tray of food for a birthday party. We showed up the day of and nobody was there and they wouldn’t answer the phone or call back. Horrible customer service

How they have a 4.3 rating is beyond me.Ordered 2 Medium-done East Side Burgers, 1 Jumbo Chili Cheese Fries, and MeatballsBoth burgers came out burnt, and generally not looking much like the picture advertised.The meat in the Chili Cheese Fries was tough and bland, and felt tossed in at the last moment.And we didn't even get the meatballs.
