We been going to Chili's for the last 3 years every week. Tonight was one the worse experience we ever had. Took over an hour just to get our food out, which they messed up took another 30 minutes to get out. Took forever to get our drinks and couldn't get one refill . Charged us for multiple items and try to say they gave us a discount when we get the same thing over and over which never cost as much. Just very disappointed with how it was ran last night, we will not return back to Chili's for awhile. Food is always great so it's very disappointing to have awful service.

It.was quite busy the night we went. We chose to sit in the bar rather than be put on the waiting list for the dining room. We were approached immediately. We received our cocktails very quickly And our food was also delivered with a minimal wait. Two of us ordered cheeseburgers and the third person ordered chicken bacon quesadillas hand held. Everything was delicious we all agreed.

Unlike most of Pueblo this place consistently meets expectations. Staff is insanely friendly, it’s clean and free of used needles, food is on par with every other Chili’s, and there’s not dozens of homeless people outside arguing with their imaginary friends.

It isn't the same as it used to be. The food quality has gone down, and this has happened three times in a row. The ribs are also tough and overcooked, and the fact that you can't even put certain sauces on them is mind-boggling, which leads me to believe that they are pre-cooked. I will not be returning to your establishment, but I do wish you the best. This is solely my opinion.

The fajitas are so good. The chicken and shrimp are delicious. I would highly recommend anytime. The portions are so large you absolutely can have lunch and dinner. Thank you guys.
