Honestly just rude and lack of customer service went here to pick up my families to-go and the individual with the green gold nails was just careless unprofessional had to go back in because items of our order were missing and then came out and looked and they were still wrong we just went home smh! I’ve worked in the food industry as a server/host/to-go specialist and being accurate and friendly is the key which seems to lack here sadly, my sisters buffalo wings were stale and my little brothers drink was missing my moms food was also not up to par. Just wanted to try and address this

I placed a mobile order from the “3 for Me” menu and selected two smash burgers; however, what I received were two quarter pound cheeseburgers, which was disappointing and not as described. I also paid an additional $1.50 to upgrade to a bowl of enchilada soup, yet was served only a standard small cup, which did not reflect the upcharge.
Overall, the food quality was acceptable, but the execution lacked consistency and attention to detail. The sauce on the quarter pounder, in particular, was unappealing—both my girlfriend and I found it detracted from the overall flavor rather than enhancing it. Additionally, the Dr Pepper was noticeably watered down, further diminishing the overall dining experience.

This is the second time I have had bad service with takeout. Today, they forgot to put dressing on my salad. And they forgot the side of broccoli on one of my orders. Previous time, they forgot a side. I'm wondering if it is because I only left a $3 tip with my takeout order.

My waitress did a great job. The food was delicious. As I was leaving I needed help opening the door to leave. I couldn't believe that the two people were to busy with their personal conversation and never offered to help open the door for me. I use a rolling walker. My sister finally came and help me open the door. I know they both saw me. I couldn't believe it. That's why I didn't give a 5 star.
