I felt rushed and pushed through as fast as possible. It was so loud and I couldn’t hear well. Women’s bathroom smelt horrible, like someone had peed on the floor multiple times over the years. Soda vending machine was dirty as well as that whole station. Everything just felt dirty.

10/28/25 Great Experience at Chipotle – Pueblo, CO We had a great experience at the Chipotle in Pueblo! Fast service and delicious! The staff was friendly, the service was quick, and our food was fresh and full of flavor. The restaurant was clean and well maintained, making it a comfortable place to enjoy a meal. Everything was prepared just the way we ordered — a solid stop for a tasty, satisfying bite in Pueblo! No matter what city or state Chipotle never disappoints!

Food wasn't great, the.bag my burritos were in, exploded out of the bottom into my truck seat. Had to spent 45 minutes cleaning my truck seat after I got home. Definitely will not be attempting to eat chiptole again.
Zero Stars Steak was not cooked all the way and was Grassley and a bone almost broke my tooth... Very small portion of steak.... Not Happy 😡 Shows the employees dont care at all, and there is no quility control !!!

My kids and their friends love this place. I personally haven’t found a dish I’d order twice. However, the rating is based on my kids’ willingness to wait 90+ minutes for me to drive their meals home. If it’s good after that long, it must be great fresh. This location has never made a mistake on any of their orders and is always ready when promised (I order on the app).
