Well ordered the sofrates, while they pack the order they don’t know to keep atleast the utensiles in the bag well it is not I am picking up it they are delivering and they should have known to keep the untesils in that also I have clearly mentioned in the comments too add utensils no utensiles in the bag

What a disaster of a order, my order was completely saturated in sour cream. I have more sour cream in my bowl than the actual ingredients. Completely a clear sign that this employee must absolutely hate working here. See pictures....But wait it gets better. If you call the local phone number, all you get is an AI system that continually loops back to trying to take a new order. So if your order isnt right, you are screwed!!

Do not and I repeat DO NOT go here. They have good food sometimes yes BUT, me and my sister went to get food and we paid with $50 they gave back in change a $20 and a $5. My sister has a son so we went to McDonald's after to get him some food to. We used the $20 that CHIPOTLE gave us, McDonald's checked the bill and the manager comes back telling us it's a FAKE $20. Chipotle does NOT check for fraud bills and they accept any that they get and the change you get back could be a fake one like ours where. We tried calling support and the stupid thing didn't even work not only do they not check for fraudulent activity the online order doesn't even work have the time as well.

What! Cash has to be exact change. $25.30 order and couldn't give me change. Wanted to keep about $5 over the cost of the order. She just put cash in her register from the customer in front of me. But refused to give me change. I left my order and refused to pay $30 for a $25 order.Wheelchair accessibility: Parking and entrance

It’s nice to be able to eat at a clean table. That means you would need a clean bucket of hot soapy water, wash the table and sanitize. That would be very nice.Vegetarian options: Rice and bean for that complete protein.

This is the filthiest most cross contaminated restaurant Ive seen. The serving line was a disaster and dangerous. All our food and chicken was ice cold, there was no steam coming off the food as they prepared it. We took the food to go because there was not a clean table in theplace, with 6 customers and 8 employees someone should have been cleaning tables. Lots of old filthy serving trays behind thefood line. Cmon at 4 in the afternoon on a Tuesday you would expect a more professional restaurant. If I had a pet pig he would have refused to eat this food. This is my first and last time I have eaten at this toilet of a restaurant. Had it not been for a fundraiser that they supposedly donate 25 percent of sales, I would have and should have walked out. Im keeping a bucket near my chair just in case this food is as bad as it looked.
