Found a great (hidden gem) restaurant. Originally went to pho50 in pw as I was really wanting pho, but fortunately for us it was closed. Looked up another local place that sells pho and came across Chong's and let me tell you they hands down have the best pho in town!!! We have also had other food from here is it's honestly one of my favorite places to eat in pueblo. Highly recommend trying Chong's Cafe you won't be disappointed.

I used to love this place it's food was good, not how I remembered It was good tho. Not a lot of people in there, so had a choice of where to sit. It was fairly quick, the service was good. Id recommend it if your looking for Chinese or Vietnamese food that ain't too highly priced.

This was our fourth time ordering from Chong's. I have always been impressed with their homemade eggrolls, which separated them from other Chinese restaurants. This most recent time the eggrolls were tiny and tasted like something you can buy in the frozen section of the grocery store. While the staff is very friendly, sadly I'm not in any hurry to go back.

Food is good, but they tried to overcharge us, when I realized that bill looks too high, I started counting, price of our food was $52 and bill that they brought was $79. After I asked for the itemized bill, she told us that 15% tips was included, which was not mentioned anywhere(bill is handwritten)But even with the tips included and tax it still should be $65. She was trying really hard to explain where extra came from, but her math was not mathing. At the end she just returned extra money, just be careful with this place.

Decent menu, including a lunch selection. My favorite was not there, but plenty of choices anyway. Also, they have a Vietnamese selection which I plan to try the next time we stop in. Yummy hot and sour and two entrees. Ordered more egg rolls to go. Very tasty.
