We went there for dinner on Wednesday, February 12, with our family. There were six of us in our group. Four adults and two children. They were not busy at all. We arrived around 6:45. We were seated right away. Our waitress was Krista or Kristi. She did not have a name tag on and said her name very quickly. One of us ordered a side salad and that did not even come out until the dinner. When she brought the food out she practically threw our plates at us and food was spilt all over our plates. Another one of us got okra as a side. There were about four okras in the side dish. The waitress said that was normal. We have eaten at Cracker Barrel all over the country and have never had service or quantity portion like this before. What is shocking about all of this is they were not busy at all. Quite disappointing.

My girlfriend friend and I had breakfast this past Saturday. Service was great but this time the eggs were undercooked and they forgot her hashbrowns! I had my breakfast but I had to wait for her breakfast, which took an additional 15min. 1st time this happened.

Parking: Depends on the time you go, parking can be difficult.

Hard to mess up breakfast, lol. Pancakes were good. And the store is always fun for the unique candy.

Probably the worst Cracker Barrel we’ve ever been to. The waitress we had was reminded numerous times that we didn’t have drinks yet. Ended up asking the manager about our drinks and he was so glued to his tablet that he said “I’ll tell your waitress”. The waitress still only brought some of the drinks. Food was terrible and cold once it got to us. Super slow, staff is not well trained or lack the care for customers. Highly suggest supporting a mom and pop place if you can find a decent one in the area.

Good food! Hot. Lanterns made the room homey and warm…welcoming. Our server Arlene H. was warm, gracious, smiling and fun. Her service was top notch filled our needs and followed up when needed. Wonderful.

Vegetarian options: For me everything was great. Very fresh salad nice chores on sides. No opinion on solely vegetarian. I enjoy meat too. Thank you.
