Definitely a step above most fast food places. The food is fresh and plentiful and of course the ice cream is delicious. There's plenty of choices of side dishes, all of them are good
I’ve really liked coming here in the past but over the last 2 months or so the service and food quality has really gone down. I usually only come here for ice cream (the foods too expensive) and the last few times I have I’ve waited in line anywhere from 15-35 minutes *after* seeing the drive thru window, even if there’s only 2-3 cars in front of me when I get there. I had at most two milkshakes. I get it if it’s busy I expect a wait, but not when there’s two cars in the drive thru when I get there. Forgotten add-ins for the ice cream are pretty much constant as well.

This place has managed to do good throughout the time they have been in Pueblo and every visit except one has been very positive and the food and service have been excellent. The prices might be a bit high, but when you ask if the product is worth two or three times the value of the product you received at another fast food spot, it is easier to see the value.

I had an absolutely outstanding experience at the Culver’s in Pueblo, CO, all thanks to Tim at the drive-through! From the moment I pulled up, Tim’s friendly attitude, attention to detail, and top-notch professionalism made my visit unforgettable. He went above and beyond to ensure my order was perfect, all while maintaining an incredible level of enthusiasm and kindness.
It’s rare to encounter someone who delivers this level of customer service. Tim clearly takes pride in his work, and it shows. Honestly, this level of dedication deserves recognition—I hope the management sees what an asset Tim is to the team and considers giving him a well-earned raise.
The food was delicious and served fresh, but it’s Tim’s service that will keep me coming back. Thank you, Tim, for making my day brighter and my visit exceptional!

Food is always fresh but I can’t understand how I could pay upwards of 60$ for food and yet still get nickeled and dimed when I asked for 1 just 1 side of ranch, I don’t appreciate the attitude and the up charge for a simple side of ranch, when I already paid a premium for the food.

We ordered two cod dinners what they gave us was two fish sandwiches. we did not check until we arrived home. We called and spoke with Jose. No help at all. Nor were the two female managers. We work hard for are money. We were charged 36 bucks plus change. We have always had good service from Culver’s. However the attitude and service was the worst ever experienced The sandwich, which they gave us ounce again not what we ordered, was very poor in its appearance as you can see from the pictures. The hometown adds Culver’s places on line do not describe the service or product that was portrayed tonight. The bread was soggy, the fish batter soggy and not even all there, lettuce was wilted, the sauce looked like it came out of a week old container and cheese was non existent. We threw the food out and ended up finding something at home. Please see photo.

If you order the Atlantic Cod sandwich it's dry. If you order the Mushroom Swiss burger it's greasy. If you order a hamburger sometimes it doesn't come with vegetables that could really use a work over of their menu.
