First time here. Husband and I originally went to Texas Roadhouse, but there was a 1½ hour wait, so we turned around and went back to DJ's. We quickly realized that we did not have a reservation and that a reservation was required, but that was no problem because we were able to easily make one and get in the restaurant within 15 minutes. Food was great, drinks were great, service was great. My only complaint is that it was kind of warm in there, maybe could have kicked on the air conditioner a little bit. But other than that, it was fantastic! I would definitely return

The salad came covered in plastic wrap and my supposed white balsamic salad dressing was stale oil and vinegar in sticky glass containers that I dumped on myself. I ordered the trout because she said it was one of their most popular fish items. It looked and tasted like a piece of overcooked salmon - nursing home style. It came with a large baked potato wrapped in foil and that was by far the best part of the meal. I had a bottle of corona too and my meal came to $39. Very old school and pathetic in every way.

Has the worse steak from a steak house that I have ever had. Over cooked, and very chewy. When explained it to the waitress. She did nothing to try and make it right! We were very disappointed and will not be returning. I will not not be recommending you to any of our friends.

Thank you to everyone who has reviewed this establishment. Feel like I avoided a potential terrible evening with my family while we stayed in the Hampton inn suites Pueblo north. There were good reviews, there were terrible reviews. What we could not get over is the responses from the owner. If you spent half of the energy running your business that you do trash talking your bad reviewers you might have some success. Please feel free to add me to your do not reserve list. ???? Long live the Texas Roadhouse!!!

The service was absolutely horrible. Right when we were seated we we are asked to give them an I.D or credit card before even ordering our drinks. Most unprofessional disrespectful place I've ever been to that's way over priced for steak that tastes horrible! I will never go back!

Service started out good, but even tho they were not busy they gave a time limit, and waitress seemed to have to ask advice as if policy changed depending on rude managements .mood. We go out often and prefer small independant resturants over chains but we will not be back. Food and drinks were fine.

When all of Pueblo restaurants were 70-90 minute wait, we thought of DJs. Meal was very good service was excellent. Wasn’t much more $ than any other nice restaurant in Pueblo. We won’t wait so long to go back. In par with Park East.

When they sit you down they tell you you are limited to 1 - 11/2 hours to eat. Then ask you for a credit card to hold before they will take your order. Menu is limited and food is average. Won't go back unless management changes. Not the place it used to be.

If you post a negative review the owner will reply aggressively and degrade you. From the recent reviews she money shames, is completely unprofessional, and posts blunt lies in reply to negative reviews. Her replies alone should show you that this is not a business you want to give money to.The food quality is terrible and severely over priced for the quality that you are getting. Their menu selection is minimal and bland. You would be better off getting your food and drinks at Texas Roadhouse. Do NOT eat here.

My wife and I visited for our anniversary and I was so disappointed. My mother waitressed her way through college so I have a soft spot for servers and the owner was so rude to her staff. Made me sad.

We overheard the owner gossiping about the table next to us and making distasteful remarks about a customers weight. More than once we heard her degrade her staff and yelling at them for underperforming. The entire vibe in the restaurant is uncomfortable, it leaves you on edge the entire dining experience. I can’t believe a restaurant like this is even allowed to be open.
