I travel from the Eastside to the Southside to eat at this Dairy Queen. Their Employees supersede the one on Troy like DAY & NIGHT! Not only the Southside DQ more professional and friendly, but the FOOD is always fresh and delicious. The dining room is always clean and inviting. Thank you DQ on the Southside, I will continue to drive across town for a delicious meal. 😋

Just stopped to get a dip cone for my wife it was only about half dipped and she said it didn't taste the same wasn't really happy with the cone

This is the worst dq I've been to in years.. the little girl working the counter refused to help anyone standing the front counter.. 1/2 of our food was missing so had fto go back in and ask for missing items.. than they still mixed

My family went there and everything was fine until I had to use the restroom. I went to the counter and asked the workers for access. One kid with dark shaggy hair replied with an attitude and asked "have you been here or did you just come in?" When he was literally standing behind the counter as we ordered our food. He then grabbed the keyboard went to open the door and made a rude gesture as he unlocked it. I wouldn't be upset except that I'm disabled and if this is how a disabled person is treated at this establishment, I wouldn't recommend going there.

Came back twice just to confirm, they really don't pay attention to detail when taking orders had to ask twice to get it right on top of that they put a moist towelette in my food to add insult to injury... I don't understand why it's so hard to just pay attention go slow and do it right the first time rather than this mess
