It is now spring time and they are still not offering chcolate ice cream!! The blizzards we ordered were so soft and melted when we received them as they stated the ice cream machine could not keep up with the crowds. There were maybe 3 cars in line and 10 people inside, not a total crowd as it will be busier this summer. Total disappointment.

Well, I've been to this DQ before & didn't remember having issues. We ordered the chicken baskets, banana split, & Blizzard. The fries tasted old & the bananas were brown when I got to the end of it (see picture). For the prices going up & it costing us over $50, the food should've been fresh ALL around. The customer service wasn't the greatest, but it always wasn't terrible. I couldn't tell you much about the environment because we used the drive-thru.

I hate leaving bad reviews but the worker handed me my blizzard like this. I wanted to ask for napkins but the worker at the window seemed so mad that honestly I was scared and drove away. Idk if this is poor management or what but this whole interaction made me just upset honestly.
