I wish I could leave a bad review multiple times. For everyone decent not even good experience, the next 6-7 are guaranteed to be bad. Food is always cold. You get parked for 15-20 minutes and forgotten about almost everytime if you order food. Always check your order because it’s never right or always there.
Just sad. Never a manager on staff and it’s just always 4 teenagers who maybe half of them are honestly trying but can’t handle it all because the other half have no clue what’s going on, and there is no leadership driving the ship. The owner of this place should be ashamed

I took my girls for ice cream. This place was spectacular there are so many choices. Three girls completely happy with three completely different choices. Have to love this place

Nice staff. No Orange Julius. But staff did reference two DQs close by where I could get an Orange Julius which made lovely spouse happy.

Didn't get order right. Freezer STILL not fixed, was broken in March when I tried to get my boyfriend a cake for his birthday, Baskin-Robins got our money that day. Staff was friendly that always is a plus. Definitely needs some upgrading.

Great ice cream
Please bring back the butterscotch dipped cones. The staff is mostly polite some a rude as can be(but high school kids and probably first job)
We stopped by for a dessert. Went through the drive thru.
