We went through the drive thru. The gal made a total ($) mistake. I got concerned at the order total. When we got to the window she apologized and gave us the right total. She was honest and checked her mistake. My boyfriend tipped her for that. Great shakes btw!

Esperanza is a terrible manager. She is super rude and gives SO MUCH attitude because THEY messed up my food. When she returned the bag she basically threw it in the table. Will not be going back and will definitely tell people not to go because of HER.

Ordered two 6 piece chicken tenders basket and was given two 4 piece instead. Ate the 4 and then went and told them we only got 4 instead of 6. Cook said they put in 6 in one of them and was only able to give us 2 to make up for the 4 we didn’t get. Not a person to be hateful, but having people act like we lied isn’t fair. Rude cook, and the other staff didn’t do anything to make it better. We will spend our money elsewhere.
