Why is there even a drive-thru if it's faster to go inside?

I am definitely one who strives for customer service. I used to think that the customer service here was phenomenal. As the years have gone by it has become a nightmare. I understand times are changing with technology, but that doesn’t give people the right to treat you with disregard. smh.

The person working the window was in an extreme rush. It was miserable. Maybe in a few months after he gets fired we will go back

Went to get ice cream treats. Drive through line was very slow. The speaker does not work very well. The prices are out of hand.

Staff was nice (great attitude & smile) however the blizzard I ordered wasn't great. It was extremely sloppy, melting & leaking over the sides of the cup. It was also made with chocolate soft serve instead of vanilla, I'm sure some people wouldn't mind this, it could even be a preference however it is not mine & I wasn't even asked if I would be ok with this alternative so I was very unpleasantly surprised to say the very least. Overall I was just bummed out to have spent money on something that was nowhere near the quality that was expected. Maybe it was a rough day or perhaps it was someone in training that made it? I'm not sure, I'm not trying to bad mouth this location, it's the first time I've gone to this Dairy Queen & unfortunately for me it wasn't a great experience. However I do know what it's like to be in food service & some days are definitely better than others.

We ordered their lunch special, 3 chicken stripes, fries, drink and a sundae 🍨 to top of the freshly cooked meal! All of it was fresh, hot and delicious 😋. Thank you.

Our food and service was OK today. What I am curious about are the Buster Bars. They are $3.59 each or $23.18 a box of six. Besides the ridiculous high price, it's a mystery why they are cheaper per single Buster Bar than a box of six. This kind of goes against conventional wisdom of cheaper in bulk.
Update 1-26-25: Received a generic copy and paste reply from DQ. Nothing taken seriously and no surprise by me!

Didn't dine in to get a feel for the atmoshpere.. but it seemed okay from what I did experience... the food was great and quick service.. I'll Def visit them again...

Got parked for literally 25 minutes for a 4 piece chicken basket. Literally 25 minutes from running my card till I got my food. Stale cold fries no gravy no bbq sauce as requested. It wasn’t even busy. Never goin back

Emptied out my fries and found a fly in them knowing they’ll probably tell me to go back and me not having a ride anymore sucks since I can’t retrieve or anything like that.
