I'm 68 and was visiting Pueblo when I and a friend stopped for a quick bite at De Taco. My 1st time and I got to say the food was fresh and amazing taste, service was excellent, place was clean, and price was very affordable. Definitely will return to this same Del Taco. Management should be very proud.

I don't eat meat and I also don't eat dairy so I had him make me a some bean tacos with lettuce and tomato and he wasn't a jerk about it at all. A lot of times when I ask people to accommodate me they like make a big deal of it but this guy was super cool. Made me something off menu because I'm silly vegan.

I am writing to report a very disappointing experience during my recent visit to your location. On my visit at approximately 6:30 PM, I went through the drive‑thru. I was the only vehicle in line, yet the service was unusually slow. After placing my order—which included a meal plus several additional items—the drive‑thru employee did not read the order back to me. I had to repeat and verify it myself, which should not be the customer’s responsibility.

When my food was finally handed out the window, the employee dropped the bag onto the concrete outside. Instead of offering to remake the items or apologizing for the mistake, the employee simply asked me to pick it up myself. This response showed a complete lack of customer service and professionalism.

When I arrived home, I discovered that the crunchtada tostadas were completely destroyed, making them inedible. After the long wait, the dropped food, and the lack of accountability from the staff, this experience fell far below the standards I expect from Del Taco.

I am requesting that this issue be addressed with the staff involved and that I receive a refund or replacement for the items that were ruined. I have been a loyal customer, and I hope this situation can be resolved.

I'm an Del Taco customer from way back, who loves the fries and Epic Burritos. Can the Pueblo location get some consistency with your A.M. hours? Google says you're open at 6:00am. One time the drive thru lights were off but someone acknowledged me and said they really open at 7:00am, Google had the hours wrong, but they'll still take orders if we show up. I got food but thought that was weird. This morning, lights were on, was not acknowledged after sitting there for a few minutes. I left, went to Whataburger for my breakfast meal and spent money on gift cards, which I had planned to do at Del Taco. Would love a straight answer. Until then, I'll stick with ordering after 8:00pm. Night crew always has great customer service.

Very happy to have a Del Taco in town again. The quality and value of their food surpasses the local taco bells, who have fallen in both categories.

It’s the second time that we try this place and I just don’t understand the flavor of the food. My burrito was just a big mess folded in a cold tortilla, never had such a bad wrapped burrito before. The steak fries are small, literally the size of 2 packs of ketchup and the guacamole was horrible. I personally don’t like this place in general.
