This was by far the worst experience I’ve had at Domino’s. I placed an order and was told it would be ready in 15 minutes. When I arrived at the store, I found that my order hadn’t even been started. What should have been a quick pickup turned into an hour-long wait.
To make matters worse, the employee at the counter didn’t even print the ticket to begin the order until I arrived. Throughout my time there, the staff in the back seemed more focused on having inappropriate conversations than on doing their jobs.
This location clearly lacks professionalism. If the employees don’t want to work, there are plenty of other businesses hiring. I recommend going to a different Domino’s if you want a better experience.

They came to the rescue because I had to do a cash order. The pizzas were really fresh and hot and looked good. The Parmesan bites were FRESH FRESH and so light and fluffy and better than I remember. Jeremiah was our delivery guy and I absolutely love his energy. Keep up the good work guys.

Take too long and the customer service is not great. I waited almost 2 hours for a pizza and when I went in the person said you can just cancel it if you'd like. And was extremely rude. Will not be going back.

We were visiting Pueblo last night and decided to order delivery. When we ordered through our app it said it'd be 45 minutes for delivery. Pizza got to us almost one hour and 30 minutes later. We asked the delivery person what was going on and he said they were too busy. When we told him we'd like a discount he said we had to talk to the manager, who would be in the next day. Today I called and after a third attempt I finally got through and spoke with one of the managers. Who said my app said it would take an hour and a half for delivery. I never think of taking screenshots of the app, but I might from now on. I understand being busy, but at least be apologetic. I too work in customer service, and that was unacceptable. Our pizza got there barely warm and after my grandkids had already gone to bed. Never ordering from this particular place again.

It's a small store and quite old. The one way small parking lot that circles the store is a pita. At least they still drive good food and not the paper thin crap at most fast food joints

So I ordered the Philly sandwich which is mushroom cheese and meat. There was hardly any meat and no mushrooms except for one tiny piece I weighed my meat because I was shocked by how little was on here and this includes the one piece of mushroom the cheese and the meat. 1.2oz. That's for the whole freaking sandwich filling. 1.2 oz of meat cheese and mushroom for a sandwich. Just stick with Pizza or you're going to be starved after you get done eating in your little sample. And of course I took pictures of everything but I can't post them. I can't help but wonder is it employee laziness in rushing or is it the store being overly freaking cheap.

Order was just delivered. Asked for lite onions no mushrooms and no peppers as my 5 year old doesnt like those items on his hoagie. 46 fn onions is what you consider lite? 2 tiny pieces of pepper, mushrooms and maybe enough steak for half a sandwhich. I wish i had the option tonpost the picture. Also, store didnt answer when i called fron the app. Delivery driver was nice only good thing from this order.
