Do nit eat at this location. Ruined my entire order. I ordered light sauce and extra pepperoni, what i got was heavy sauce, extracheese, and pepperoni, and it was literally a hot mess. Not cut properly, sauce and cheese stuck the box top and just an overall disaster. Zero stars!!!!! Will never order again .

Second time this place has gotten my delivery wrong and the driver didn’t even stick around long enough for me to refuse it, just left it on my doorstep. When I lodged a complaint, they didn’t even offer to send out the right order. No, instead I got to choose between a discount on my next order or points toward a free pizza. Forget it, I’ll never order from them again.

Embarrassingly we rely on Domino's a lot more than we should for dinner. The service is always spot on. Delivery drivers are nice. If you choose to do pick up or curbside, the staff is always courteous.About 90% of the time your food arrives at your house, hot and fresh. And if they're running slow or it's a rough night, the staff always does their best to make it up to you.

Absolute WORST service that I've EVER experienced! Totally unacceptable--especially after COVID quarantine--the ONLY aspect of any company that could have been perfected during and since the global pandemic--to assure prosperity and community service--is to have perfected their customer service!Domino's app is not working. Online website forced an email verification, that I never received. 30 minutes later, I broke down and called in to place phone order (successfully), then was transferred to local store to "update email address on file" and check order status. Was told by staff that "3rd party call center" is incompetent and NEVER actually places the order, and the staff insisted that the call center didn't place my order, either--that there is no order to my address, and, that this staff person can't update my email address on file, and there's nothing they can do to help me in general--except to place a 2nd order and double charge me. That they also don't know the phone number of any other Domino's nor have the ability to check on my order status. Then, after demeaning me--speaking at me as tho I'm supposed to know who to call and check my own order status on their system, and that I need to just place and pay for a 2nd order--they hung up on me. Their tone the entire call, and lack of leadership nor concern, nor customer service was not only totally unprofessional--but unacceptable and rude AF.So I called back to speak with the "shift manager," Garrett, who was no better at responding to my situation nor helping me in ANY way, and proceeded to repeat that even he is unable to do anything regarding working with the 3rd party call center either, nor updating my email address, not finding out if my order had been placed... He confirmed that the "3rd party service makes his life a living hell" and that he can't get his "district operator," Ray Herrera, to drop the 3rd party call center service, nor provide solutions or support to address the ongoing troubles that they're causing him and his store and the customers.Everyone I spoke with tonight--including 3rd party call center--all point fingers to each store.As a customer--how are we supposed to know that Domino's pays a 3rd party to place orders??? I called the closest store phone number!!! And everyone was throwing under the boys the "new store that just opened"--lol--I never talked to them--how is it then the new stores fault? And why is every Domino's person throwing the other under the bus to me??? Again, I'd assume that all local stores would have been lifted up to all be on board to support the new store and it's grand opening--how awesome that business is booming for them...Garrett provided me with the 1-800DOMINOES phone number and names of the district manager and operator, but there's no way to reach either.So, I'll never ever use Domino's again, and gladly will only shop local--as I did tonight--having placed an order twice the size I'd planned to, and doubled the driver's tip--just to support local.I don't believe that airing dirty laundry is the best weapon--but in this case, Domino's operations and lack of customer service--finger pointing--are just totally unacceptable and should be called out--like any other misbehaving corporation!#ShopLocalPs guess what just showed up? THE ORDER THAT I PLACED, that I was told wasn't placed. However, I declined this delivery (so sorry to the very nice delivery driver).

Waited an hour and 45 minutes for my order. Called them and they said it wasn't even close to being ready even though the app said it was supposed to be delivered in the next 5 minutes. Never order from this dominos. They'll waste your time and not even feel bad about it. Order from poppa John's in Pueblo west. Better quality food, better customer service, and 10x faster.

Teagan sold me a pizza that was undercooked. And she did not give me the free sprite I earned by way of rewards. I don't think she valued my business. I received ok customer service from Matthew, Jack, and Abby. I don't think I will buy from them again.

Almost every single time we get "No Garlic Butter" its on the pizza crust. This time I told the manager Mike and he argued it wasn't on there which its clearly visible and smells like it. He threw an attitude and then made me another one. Poor Customer service!! And the employees should probably wash there hands after taking payment and going back to making pizzas.

After over an hour I called them and they said it was going to be another hour. For just one pizza! So after voicing my complaint the manager made a rude comment and hung up on me! And so I called them back and requested a refund and to cancel the order they stated that they are not sure how to refund but it should be refunded in24 hours! I won’t be ordering from this one ever again!

Terrible Quality and Service. No sauce, minimal cheese, forgot to give me sauce for my wings and didn’t give me my soda. They Remade my wings, and they were disgustingly gooey and fatty. My kids wouldn’t even eat the pizza and they LOVE pizza! Threw half of the food away, what a waste of $40. Called to ask for a compensation and they denied rudely. Thanks a lot I’ll never go back to any Dominos.

Solid choice for pizza in this area, as there aren't a ton of higher end options. Always good and they get my order correct. That's about all I can ask for.
