I've been to many many dunkin donut places. The one in Pueblo is by far the worst service I ever got. The lady that handed my coffee was extremely rude. Coffee was good, however. There's too many places to go to to spend your money to be dealt rudeness.

After receiving my food I waited at the pickup counter for 5-10 minutes and all I needed was an extra fork. The workers closest to the counter and to the forks would continue to look at me and then ignore me even when I waived at them. I then had to go up to the register and ask for some from the great young lady at the register. Honestly, the only reason that this isn’t a 1 star is because of the young lady at the register. She showed great customer service and if allowed I would’ve only tipped her. Unfortunately, I don’t remember her name but if you are reading this keep up the good work I know great things are in your future!

I've always had a great experience there. Always fresh and plentiful. Won't go back anymore as they have discontinued my two favorites the crueller and the sour cream. If they start making these again, I'll come back. In the meantime I can get everything they offer at Safeway!!!
Food was great, however my order took 15 minutes and I asked about it , they told me they forgot and then made my food , no line by the way,.

I went to dunkin in Pueblo on Friday August 15th 2025, just to be told they were out of coffee... I got there 10 mins to closing but still they should have had coffee up until 8pm when they are supposed to close. I am very upset and not sure I will return again unless somethings change. The staff also really need to learn to make the drinks the same way, everytime I go in it seems to be different than the last time I ordered the same drink. The only one who seems to make it correct everytime is the gentlemen with the dreads!
