This place is a Pueblo hotspot! Naturally if was packed. Delish green chile, and various Mexican dishes. They even serve spagetti! Highly recommended and the owner comes over to say hello. Rare in these days. Going back next time I visit beautiful Pueblo.
This was my first visit to Estelia's, and I was NOT disappointed!, and the food was delicious! Large portions and fresh ingredients! Our server was so kind and attentive! I will definitely recommend it to friends and family and will be back soon for another meal! LOVE the Old school family own business vibe. Sopapilla's are The Best
