The food is so good but the staff needs to get it together. The staff is constantly swearing at each other and around the patrons. They take forever to acknowledge that you are at the counter.
I came through to buy some bread sticks and I asked for a large water. They charged me over $3 for an ice water! Is that right?… Water should be complimentary, so I double checked with the manager named nick!

This used to be our go to restaurant and sadly we will no longer come here. We waited 50 minutes to get our food, I finally went up and asked how much longer and the MANAGER was very unprofessional and rude and told us we had to wait. Then our food was sitting for so long on under the light that they threw it away in front of us and when I asked if we can at least get my 10 month old babies spaghetti the MANAGER told us we had to wait because it’s rude to serve us before other people who had been waiting (everyone in the restaurant had ordered after us) and “we aren’t more important than them” and then she continued to yell at me in front of other customers! We even had other people apologizing to us that they got their food before us and we’d been there forever. To top it off They first overcharged us and argued they couldn’t refund us for their mistake. They need a new manager who treats people with respect!

Waited 20 minutes for our food, came out cold! The carbonara sauce had already thickened back up, broccoli was cold, chicken cold. Was highly disappointed!! My husband's spaghetti was fine. I should not have to take my food home to heat and eat. Will not be back.

This was my first time coming here, and it was delicious. The spaghetti meat sauce tasted just like The Old Spaghetti Factory, but for a way cheaper more affordable price. Our server Ayeshah was polite and kept up on checking in with us to see if we wanted more bread sticks. The bread sticke were even better than olive garden. I will definitely come back. The restaurant was also clean, and welcoming.

I love Italian food; this is a great place for a quick bite; it is not one of my ultimate favorites when it comes to Italian food, but it is very tasty if you're craving a quick bite. They have lasagna, some pasta, pizza, etc. I ordered lasagna; the servings were huge!!
