Fazoli's left my home town many years ago, excited to see one in Pueblo. Staff was smiling, pleasant and helpful. Bread sticks were amazing like I remember. I had the baked spaghetti with the meatballs, and it was very good. I enjoyed every bite.

I visit this Fazoli’s regularly, usually through the drive-thru, and it’s almost always a good experience. The food is hot, the orders are prepared quickly, and everything tastes decent. It’s become one of my go-to spots when I want something consistent after a long day.
I also want to specifically recognize Nick for his service. On one visit, there was a mix-up with my order. Mistakes happen, but what stood out was how professionally he handled it. When I came back through the drive-thru, he listened, apologized, and had the correct order made right away without any hassle or attitude. He even added a little extra to make up for the inconvenience.
So overall pretty decent, I mean if the food was bad I probably wouldn't keep going back, But seeing as I'm leaving a good review that should be telling.
If you're looking for something quick and craving Italian food, It's a pretty solid choice.

Ok, we love Italian food - even if it's fast food. But, the sampler plate had rubbery pasta, like it had been sitting for A LONG time drying out. Ira had stuffed shells, and he was fairly happy with them. It took A LONG time for the food to come out. There were a lot of empty tables and about half of them were dirty. It wasn't busy in there, but no one seemed to be cleaning. I will say, the woman who finally brought our food out was very nice, very professional, and even asked if she could get us anything else. I wish I had gotten her name, because she seemed like the only person we had contact with who cared about doing a good job.

I went through the drive-thru with no one else in line and ordered just six breadsticks. Somehow, it still took over 10 minutes, and they even asked me to pull forward and wait by the gate. For such a small order, that kind of delay was really disappointing.

Ordered chicken parm to go and when I got home there was no chicken. Only the bed of spaghetti with no chicken patty at all. Rather infuriating because the food is always so good.
