First we sat, had to wait for more of our party arrivals, they arrived. Meanwhile 2 more tables came in and they're orders were taken before ours. Never tried anything Italian for lunch and went for the special slopper. It is served with curdled reddish chili, with no meat. The burgers on the slopper were big and hot, but not the chili. Fries have no flavor and no crispiness. The waitress was also the cook, so you can imagine the wait. Will not return.

I hadn't been to Giodone's's in Pueblo for over forty years. Still locally sourced. Reasonably priced. Good pasta great sandwiches, nice menu. Full bar. Banquet seating. And run by the same family for over three generations an effort of love. This is a restaurant anybody visiting Pueblo should patronize and visit. And I'm sure if you live in Pueblo you're already well aware of it.
Went on a Sunday, they were closed. Seriously? Sorry, but where I come from, Sunday is spaghetti day! This Italian from Brooklyn was appalled. Especially since this yelp site states that they are open on Sundays-we went around 4pm. Besides, if I'm not mistaken, isn't most of the public off on Sundays?

Service was very poor, waitress not attentive whatsoever.•if you do not want to have to double check everything that gets brought to your table including the bill I would recommend choosing elsewhere to have a meal!•

We just ate at Giodone’s tonight for dinner. The food, like always, was so delicious, but I wanted to give a shoutout to our waitress tonight. I think her name was Audrey,(sorry if this isn’t right). I can honestly say that this was the best customer service I have ever had in town. She brought my 8 year old nephew a tiny sample of every salad dressing so he could see which one he liked. She was so attentive to us adults and the kids.

My family and I went in today for lunch and it took 1.5 hours to receive bread and then even longer to get our food. When we finally got our food, one of the entrees was not sent to the kitchen, so someone had to get pasta even though he didn't want it (because it would take too long to make what he actually ordered.) Then, after eating, we gave the waitress our credit card to pay and a different customer's bill was processed. We asked to speak to the manager (which we received pushback on) and she was rude. They were definitely short-staffed, but the manager was hiding in the back and not helping the only waitress with a packed restaurant. They should have been comping food at this point, but no discount was offered. It was an unmitigated disaster. My family and I said we wouldn't go back after they served/ took pictures with Lauren Boebert (barf) but we gave it another try. Big mistake.
Service and food were wonderful, went there for our Mom's 94th birthday, staff went above and beyond to make the dinner special for her.
