The fried fish is consistently under cooked , the baked fish consistently over cooked , the shrimp completely overcooked , onions and peppers under cooked consistently , every vegetable was under cooked and bereft of seasoning ! The chicken is dry and overcooked , You could use the prime roast as shoe leather its so tough and chewy it's undedible cooked right but low quality meat ! Microwave reheated ribs are detestable, and there are not enough experience staff in kitchen as the managers are working the line instead of doing their real jobs ! I've been a customer there for 10 + years 2-4 times a month but it's slid into a low quality place . I'll probably not be going back any time soon . Your managers don't know their jobs , or try the food it seems and should be sacked !

Your basic buffet, what you expect for a Golden Corral.

I didn't bother with photos since there already plenty.
Had lunch on a Saturday. For a buffet Golden Corral is pretty darn good. This one Pueblo is clean, friendly staff and a good selection of food. The prime rib had a very nice taste. Pot roast was good and tender, steaks done the way you like. It's a bit on the pricey end tho. 2 adults, 2 drinks came to $43... so come HUNGRY.
You get the usual crowd associated with a buffet and it can get pretty busy. Salad, Seafood, Red Meat, desserts... oh ya.

Tipping is strange when we serve ourselves (buffet) AND I'm told the workers make $18 to start? No blueberry pie, no coconut cream pie, No lemon meringue, no creamed spinach, anymore. Same three soups for Years. Where are baked 🍑? Baked cherry? Chocolate fountain, miss em all
