In town for work and stopped here. Awesome service! Brook & Morgan were great! Excellent food. Cold beer. Prices were also beyond reasonable. Highly recommend. Very cool historic place!
Was told to go here years ago and we finally made it! We asked our wonderful server for 2 of the establishments meals and we ordered the Double Cheeseburger and the Famous Slopper in addition to the Poppers. We split the meals between the two of us so as to enjoy both. We were not disappointed. Had fun with our server (who had great comebacks) discussing the stuffed scarecrow that looked a little hung over. We even grabbed a couple of pieces of candy from it before we left. We...
Gray's Coors Tavern lives up to the hype. This is a bar that exists outside of time and space, and you can feel all eras of Pueblo CO in this room. This bar is famous for their claim to have invented the Slopper -- which I ordered, and it did not disappoint. Like any good Slooper, it looked disgusting and tasted great. I can honestly say that the Slopper here was the most disgusting looking and the best tasting one I've had anywhere.
