Great bar. Previous generations of my family have been going there for more than a century. Great service and the Dutch lunch rocks. The stereo needs updating, scratches, pops, and cuts out. Big bummer when there should be music.

Definitely order the Dutch Lunch. Great old school Pueblo, Colorado Bar, one of the best of the last of the "Mill Era" watering holes. Sitting, hearing the shift whistle blow. Man those were the days.

A 'Dutch Lunch' with a Schooner of beer is a perfect way to transition from the work day to the weekend. Especially at one of, if not the, oldest tavern in Pueblo.

You enter through a screen door with a Rainbow Bread ad on the push bar. Definitely sets expectations for a throwback to the mid 1900's. The atmosphere did not disappoint. From the pistachio dispensing machine to the Budweiser memorabilia and historical photos, it was an interesting environment. It is a tavern. No fufu drinks and the only food served is the "make your own sandwiches" Dutch lunch. Efficient, friendly waitress. Great place to cool off with a cold one.

Great Pueblo tradition, have visited this establishment since 1970's. Schooners are ice cold like they always were. Dutch lunch is very good, although not the same as years back. Lots of history here, especially with CF&I back in the day. Will always love this place.

Loved the only food served—Dutch lunch which was excellent sandwich fixings with good bread. Small size was plenty for the two of us. Friendly, fast service, cold beer. Historic bar, all good.

My girlfriend and I enjoyed the Dutch lunch. Liked the meats and I believe it was provolone cheese, tomatoes and onions, also the bread that you make the sandwiches on was also good. We ordered the small size which was more than enough for two. It was a good price and the service was fast. This is a historic bar in the Bessemer neighborhood.

THE ORIGINAL GUS' WOODEN PLATTER WAS FILLED WITH GREAT CHARCUTERE, THE BEST CAPPACOLA, DRY SALAMI, RICH CHEESES, PICKLED PEPPERS AND GREAT FRESH CRUSTY ITALIAN BREAD. THE BESSEMER STEELMILL WORKERS MAKING AMERICA GREAT WERE SERVED WELL. IN THOSE TIMES LONG PAST, THEY WOULD FILLUP WITH FOOD, AND STEINS OR MUGS OF BEER. THEIR FAMILIES WERE WELCOME AND WELL SERVED TOO. CHILDREN OF THE 50'S AND 60'S MAY REMEMBER THAT GREAT AMERICAN PEE-EH-BLO FAMILY INSTITUTION. I hope the place has improved from the food my 95 year old Daddy, and I suffered in 2010.

A Pueblo Classic. This is a fun place to have some drinks with friends. I would give it a 5 if they kept the restrooms cleaner.Update. Still a great bar. They must have paid attention to my last review because the restroom was definitely cleaner.
