I would not recommend working here. High employee turnover is a significant issue—this location saw over 15 employees leave last year alone, which raises serious concerns about management and workplace culture.
The manager, Tobi, creates a toxic environment by engaging in drama, speaking negatively about employees behind their backs, and allegedly mismanaging tip distribution, which is unethical and potentially illegal. Additionally, the owner, Mindy, appears unwilling to address these issues, which only enables the problematic behavior further.
This job is not a supportive or enjoyable place to work, and employees do not feel valued. Customers should also be aware that tips may not always go to the baristas serving them, as management reportedly takes a portion.

First time here since the renovation, I guess things have changed used to be great food and service. Sandwich fell apart in my hands but whatever, it’s food I’ll eat it and not complain. Also ordered a coffee which never came, then was told I must be mistaken despite having sat at at table right next to the barista the entire time. Won’t go back to a place which just steals money. It’s a shame because the ambiance is great, would be a nice place to come get some work done and hang out.

It’s a cool little place with a peaceful vibe. But the food was not great, microwave eggs and pre cooked bacon on a bagel that needed toasting :( the lox bagel seemed to be caned salmon and left much to desire , the coffee was ok they only use syrups so don’t expect actual eggnog in the eggnog latte. Staff was friendly and polite.

Cool little coffee shop. Good selection of coffees and lots of pastries to choose from. Nice place to sit outside and enjoy the fall weather!
Amazing service! Beautiful, funky atmosphere. Coffee was good, hot chocolate was great. Food needs some work though. Breakfast sandwiches are nicely toasted but SO DRY! Definitely needs some condiment to make it more enjoyable. Maybe an aioli? Even mayo or buttering the bread would help. I think just that would take them from barely edible to nice and tasty.

I recently had the pleasure of trying some in-house roasted coffee beans from 3Birds, and the experience was exceptional. The beans were roasted to perfection, showcasing a rich, aromatic flavor profile with a delightful balance of acidity and sweetness. Each cup delivered a fresh, full-bodied taste that clearly reflected the care and expertise involved in the roasting process.
Beyond the superb coffee, the service was outstanding. The staff were not only knowledgeable but also genuinely passionate about their product, offering insightful recommendations and ensuring that every aspect of the coffee experience was tailored to my preferences. Their attention to detail and friendly demeanor made the visit truly memorable. This combination of excellent coffee and remarkable service is a winning formula, and I’ll definitely be returning.
Additionally, the new remodel and expansion has made the space not only more functional but they are able to showcase other products from businesses around town. It is absolutely stunning and a very unique atmosphere.
