There carne asada frys.....frys were under cooked, meat was very dry. Asked for no sour cream got a blob in the middle. Asked for a refund said we have to drive across town to get one. First time there and the last.the cook said there is no sour cream.LOOKS LIKE IT TO ME.

Good food, better prices than Adolfos, but the green chili lacked any heat. Nice staff.

Full service restaurant prices, fast food atmosphere and food. Service seemed unfriendly.
Employees are rude. I waited 15 minutes for 1 breakfast burrito. Do better

We have gone to Habenero's for quite some time. This is probably our last time. Order was wrong. Food was burned. Ordered 3 smothered burritos. Only one came out that way. Lady behind the counter would not fix it. We took the food to a friend's house and when we got there, two of the burritos were so badly burned that only half was edible. I don't normally write reviews, but this warranted one.

I also ask for no bacon on the Chicano burrito, and even call to verify they can do no bacon and the last 2 times they still added bacon and refused a refund. Go somewhere else because they are useless and don't care about dietary restrictions. O even offered to send pictures and they still refused to do anything.

I had high hopes for a place called Habaneros Mexican Grill, especially in a city with a name like Pueblo where authentic Mexican food should shine, but unfortunately, this visit was a letdown from start to finish. Music for atmosphere is one thing but it doesn’t have to be blaring loud. And I was giving this place a second chance but it just confirmed my disappointment.
The atmosphere was unwelcoming. Loud cursing coming from the kitchen made it very uncomfortable, especially since I understood what was being said, similar to Mexican construction workers talk. Staff in the back were unprofessional, wearing a hat backwards and sunglasses in the kitchen?- this would explain other reviews where the meat was undercooked and dangerous. Unprofessional!
There were flies everywhere, and the bathroom doors had locks . The cleanliness and upkeep of the place felt neglected.
As for the food? Totally bland. No flavor, no spice, nothing memorable. With a name like Habaneros, I expected bold, rich flavor—this wasn’t even close. A little seasoning and spice goes a long way.
The City of Pueblo deserves better. I won’t be returning.
Good food made quickly
Roberto is amazing!! I’ve done a lot of customer service and he is at the tip top in any language much less bilingual. Everything’s good here. Try it. 💯💯
You should really serve smothered burrito items without a $4 charge for extra chili ; other than that great food.
Will stop on my road trip again. Think about the smothers with less charge, since there is NO meat in it
