Hopscotch Bakery is absolutely phenomenal!! I had messed up and not fully placed an order for cupcakes. Not realizing what had happened until the evening of two nights prior to the event. I am located 1 hr from this bakery but they had posted on their website that they would like 48hrs notice but if you're in a pinch give them a call. I messaged their IG. They responded so quickly! Told me to call the next morning which was a day before the event. They took care of my request, had it done when I arrived 30 min before pickup time. I have yet to try them as the party is in a few hours but I had to brag about how amazing their service was the friendly faces included! They also have many other options such as breakfast, lunch, snacks, goodies, whipped coffee and of course cupcakes. Thank you for the amazing service and going above and beyond to help me out! I am so excited to go back and try new things!

I'm from Texas, met a friend in Pueblo and wanted to send him cookies for his birthday. I needed an order for next day delivery and Hopscotch Bakery MADE IT HAPPEN!! I'm beside myself with excitement, as they did a phenomenal job, not only with the amazing graphic technique they used on the cookies, the colors they used were on point. I trusted they would do a good job and instead went beyond my expectations. My friend was completely surprised and enjoyed the taste and the arrangement of the cookies. Thank you, gals from Austin, TX!! Keep it going, you ladies are going places!!! Who needs Tiff Treats when you have Hopscotch Bakery!!

Been coming here for years for the cookies! But ordered a cake and cupcakes for my parent’s anniversary and it was delicious and beautiful!!! I even live out of state and they worked with me over the phone.
