With new ownership I love how they kept a lot of the same recipes along with their own ideas as well. Great taste and reasonable pricing. The 2 owners are pretty cool themselves.

Had a great time just choosing the cookies and bread. Service was way better than most places. 10/10 would absolutely recommend.

Been coming here for years for the cookies! But ordered a cake and cupcakes for my parent’s anniversary and it was delicious and beautiful!!! I even live out of state and they worked with me over the phone.
Hopscotch is a Pueblo favorite! The customer service is great, very friendly staff. The variety is great. Stop by!

Hopscotch Bakery is not what it used to be. Not very much variety and the peanut butter chocolate cookies tasted old.

Stopped in to pick up some cookies for a friend as a gift. Carly was helping me. She was extremely sweet and friendly.
I didn't get anything for myself but i get the 13th cookie free. I didn't plan on eating more than a bite of my free cookie, but I ended up eating the whole thing because it was delicious!
Thank you!
Cookies are always burnt & other products looked overcooked & empty case
This bakery once produced the most unique and amazing baked goods but no longer. I received some of the chili cookies from my husband and they were unrecognizable. burnt, flavorless, small, and tasted nothing like they once did. It is really sad to see a once admired bakery sell such low quality items, and for double the price. Do better, Hopscotch.
I used to just love the chile cookies but when I bought some today they were small but the price was huge. $12.00 for 6 cookies is a lot.
It’s so great to have Hopscotch Bakery back! I love what Jace Trujillo has done with the renovation and bring a Pueblo staple back. The food is amazing, the service is trop tier, and it has an essence about it that just screams home. Please make sure you check out Hopscotch!
