IHOP is a restaurant known for its friendly and kind staff. On one occasion, the hostess ran out in the pouring rain to bring an ordered meal to a customer's car and refused to take a tip. The manager, Brianna, showed great service by allowing a customer to pick up a free Oreo milkshake when it was omitted from their DoorDash order due to training of a new employee. The waiter, Dominick, was also noted for his friendliness and upselling by offering additional toppings for the French toast. While the sausage was noted to have issues with temperature and texture, the food was overall described as delicious. The service and food quality resulted in a desire to return frequently, if only the customer lived closer.
