Went on a Sunday morning. Wasn't as bust as I expected. Had to send the waffles back because they were nearly cold and hard on one side, soggy on the other. It appeared the kitchen timing was way off, and the servers were doing their very best to make the situation. Also, more expensive compared to other breakfast places.
My cousin and I showed up to IHop at 10:45p after doing some Christmas shopping and there was a gentleman serving a couple and we waited for 15 minutes to be seated and he didn't even say anything, like, I'll be with you shortly, nothing and left and came back or to wait on the couple, still nothing and walked away. Then another employee walked out, looked at us and kept walking. We ended up leaving at 11pm. Very rude, very inconsiderate. Will never be back. First impression..... no thanks.

Waited for over an hour before they came out and said we had 2 tickets/orders ahead of us. You know you have been there too long when the ice in your icetea melts before the food came out. We ended up walking out before we could eat. Horrible management. Looking forward to some compensation.
