I ordered 16 wing and fry meal. It took over an hour to arrive (uber lamness). When I finally got my meal the fries were cold and a mussy mess. Ordered two flavors of wings, only got one. Comes with two dipping sauces, both were watery and the ranch was less than half full. I would have rated it a negative one stars but there was no option for that.

I used to love the curly fries you would get with your order they were amazing. The apple wood bbq was amazing and is not available anymore. I ordered last night and the fries are cold and the wings are just average at best. Looks like it is time for a new wing place :(

We ordered last night and not only were we shorted wings but the taste was awful. We’re so used to having a good experience at Chili’s, the restaurant these guys work out of we thought the taste would be okay. We were so wrong. We got Buffalo and Garlic Parmesan, and the taste was so off. Not totally inedible, but we had ordered saucy nuggets at Wendy’s last week and those were better taste wise for the sauces in comparison. Disappointed and wouldn’t try again.

Price is good wings are really big undercooked their sauces suck and don't stick to the wings whatsoever. I've tried them multiple times and it's always the same watery soggy chicken wings

Im a usual customer and I’ve been realizing the quality of the wings have been dropping over the past few months but never would I thought it would get this bad, the wings i just ordered were horribly made looks like dog food literally just from the sight of it i wont even eat that garbage …. You guys have lost a loyal customer

08/2023 Okay, so we went to Chili's this afternoon. I am really shocked at the prices. Chili's used to be an affordable place to goWe can afford it just fine, but maybe I'm just frugal, but in the last couple of months, they increased their price by over $5 for one entree. Now their nickel and diming over an extra sauceThe red salsa used to taste fresh, and now it tastes and smells like throw up... to put it mildlyI was not happy to see a few tables weren't even wiped down (including ours), and the tables were sticky and booths dirty (including ours)This will now be a hard pass for us from now on guaranteed!!
Parking: Pretty good sized lot. If their busy, hard to find a spot
Wheelchair accessibility: About 5 handicap spots. Wished they were wider, but there upfront

It was just terrible I'm from Atlanta GA and I know good wings when I see good wings and this place here needs to be ashamed of themselves. Wings was not done and they didn't have any sauce really on them and the fries were cold on top of that.... The wings were little... I will never comeback here again!!
