Slow, three years later still a mess i waited in the drive for crappy food and again slow service im done with place i would been better going to the dollar store and heating my chickin sandwich with a lighter for a little cheper.

Tis dank, I wish the staff got paid better tho. If I'm going broke to eat here it would be nice if the employees were compensated enough to care, not that they don't. Probably the only place in town worth paying hours of your life for a burger, highly recommended

I got a double jack meal large with potato wedges the staff put my food in the bag but then started messing around my good got cold and when I opened the box for the potato wedges there were only 7 small ones in the box I'm very upset

Took over 20 min food looked old wanted curly fries and got maybe 3 curly fries and the rest were pieces of fries

Waited 27 min for TWO sandwiches last night. Just to be presented with excuses by the shift leader Cesar. I watched 8+ drive through orders with under 11 min timers get served, and even a family of 5 who ordered after my wife and I in the lobby. I arrived at this establishment with 30 min to spare before I have tickets to a movie and the Cinemark in town. Ordering and receiving my order tool 33-34 minutes in total from the time I entered the building. I returned later, as after all that headache we were even given the wrong food!!!! Which was bagged, by your SHIFT LEADER!?!?!? We asked for a refund, which only occured after your shift leader insisted my wife bring a bag of 3 hour old food back into your establishment. This is a health code violation... train your shift leaders to know better... they are not allowed to take food back in like that after its left the building, especially considering it was eaten on. And near 3 hours at rom temp!!!

Great place to work … I’m a shiftleader here and I love it.. and the food is so different in a good way love the smash burger and the 2 tacos for 1.60 u can’t beat that
Grew up on jack in the box! I refuse to eat at the Pueblo location. Not a single good experience at this location! There are many problems! Fix it please. Be nice to eat a jack burger again. This location needs a complete overhaul upgrade. Sorry not sorry! Let’s fix it.

We only come here really for the Tacos... well now this location stopped selling them. Just mini tacos. Pueblo, the only town that ruins fast food. Thanks!
Foods good but your gonna have to wait 35 min just to get your damn food thru the drove thru. Highly don't recommend any one going here.
