I went tbe drive thru. They messed my order up but the extra nice manager fixed it with no problems. She has a great crew that gave amazing šŸ‘ customer service.

I have stopped there several times on a morning routine to work. Every time I order a large coffee they only fill it up 3/4 of the way I asked for sugar and creamers and a stirrer it's hit or miss. There's definitely no sense of ordering a large coffee if they fill it up to a regular sized Plus their large coffee is more of a medium

The drive through had 3 cars in front of me and it was 32 minutes then they made the 2 people behind me pull into parking.
This is the slowest drive through I have been through in my entire life. The crew needs training.

The chick w the red and black hair and glasses w a brass knuckle hair clip at 750 pm sep 29th needs to fix her attitude. Cutting us off while ordering and being all rude. I understand if you don’t have something but don’t gotta be rude abt it. We were nothing but nice. But ive worked fast food and never had been that rude to a customer for no reason like that. Do better ts was hella unprofessional.

I didnt understand why all the tables had chairs on them. Like the lobby was closed. Some long haired guy with dangling earrings that took my order was more focused on laughing and playing around then service. The rest of the crew was playing on phones. The few tables that were open were dirty. I had to take my food to go. The management was obviously doing a bad job.

We live in Pueblo West so it is a bit of a drive for us. This place always screws up our order. We ordered a large fry ($3.99 plus tax) and did not get them. Not worth the drive. We have stopped going to most fast food burger joints because the food is over priced and lousy. Much healthier options. My husband makes a better burger than any of these places. Not worth the convenience.

Placed our order and had to wait 30 minutes for our food. People ahead of us waited 40 minutes. Our burgers came with onion when we ordered NO onion. Had plenty of staff to get it done in a timely manner, but they didn’t. Drive thru was definitely a priority.
