I must have to have psychic abilities to know what drinks they have on their menu here because they are not listed when asked what drinks they said I guess Coke products that doesn’t help me the speaker you could barely hear the employee talk out of attitude. I give it a seven out of 10. for as much as they charge for a burger and a wrap, you would think customer service would be more priority.

We were a little upset about our visit. We have been waiting to try Jack In The Box for about 2 years since we last tasted it...we don't have one where we live. So we stopped here while passing through and what a bad experience. We waited 15 to 20mins to get our food. EVERYTHING we ordered was cold. The burger, the fries and the tacos. We did appreciate the fact that the manager said she would remake everything but only half of the food was hot when we got it. We just didn't say anything because we was annoyed. We also order dessert. The cheesecake was frozen, didn't find out until after I paid and waited 5mins. The young lady then tell me she could heat up for a few seconds, I agreed. After about 5 to 10mins, I went to check and see what was going on. The young lady was working the window (we were inside), and no one else knew what she had done with my cheesecake, they didn't even know they were frozen. So they got my cheesecake out the microwave, it was still hard. I just asked for my money back because the lava cake was frozen as well.
The condiments in the lobby were sticky, like they poured syrup on them. We saw a homeless man come in and walk into the women's bathroom. No problem againt him coming in to use it, but you are a man, why would you go into the women's bathroom. I wish our experience was better because I was really excited to try it again.

Foods good but your gonna have to wait 35 min just to get your damn food thru the drove thru. Highly don't recommend any one going here.
Slow serve. Food was so so. It was the staff that messed this jack in the box up. I've had others stores that are alot better

Slow, three years later still a mess i waited in the drive for crappy food and again slow service im done with place i would been better going to the dollar store and heating my chickin sandwich with a lighter for a little cheper.
Tis dank, I wish the staff got paid better tho. If I'm going broke to eat here it would be nice if the employees were compensated enough to care, not that they don't. Probably the only place in town worth paying hours of your life for a burger, highly recommended

I got a double jack meal large with potato wedges the staff put my food in the bag but then started messing around my good got cold and when I opened the box for the potato wedges there were only 7 small ones in the box I'm very upset
