The food is always amazing, mostly all of the employees are Respectful.
As a Delivery driver, and as someone stopping into eat. This spot is a Must Try.

Women's restroom was dirty and toilet clogged (also no changing table for my baby so had to change her on the dirty floor, bleh). High chair strap is broken so you can't buckle your chair in, and it was extremely sticky as if it had not been cleaned in a while. Trash by the door was full and hadn't been taken out in a while. Dead flies on the window sills. Service was mediocre, the girl (hispanic with glasses) who checked me out seemed like she didn't want to be there by her demeanor and expressionless face.

We have visited several times since the anticipated opening here in Pueblo West. Today our visit was greeted by a bright, wonderful personality, Elise. I do hope I am spelling that correctly. With her energetic attitude and smile, she offered advice for our next visit, which we will use. It is a blessing to interact with the employees here. Jersey Mike's is a wonderful addition to our community. Thanks for coming.😃

The same great delicious sandwiches I expect from Jersey Mike's. The staff was fast and friendly. The store was clean and the food was fresh. Lots of meat and toppings. Good value for the price.

I ordered online and my chicken bacon ranch sub with no tomato.. it had no chicken and tomatoes. Went to pick up my sandwich well after the time it should have been ready and waited for almost ten minutes for the wrong sub. The person in the grill was openly texting with gloves on.. I should have expected the worst then instead of giving grace. I’d rather dodge the pothole at Jimmy John’s than eat here again. If you enjoy Jersey mikes go to Mesa ridge.

Just went in on a Friday evening and from the minute my husband and I walked in, we were completely ignored! At least 8 people were working. There were 2 girls and a young gentleman working in the front. They kept their heads down the whole time and never acknowledged us as we waited for 10 minutes while they worked on “to go” orders and once they were done walked away to do anything else but help us. Very disrespectful and disappointing how kids these days have no work ethic.

We were passing through, and stopped in your shop. The young girl named Syara helped me with my sandwhich. I didn’t know what to get, and she was patient and kind and helped me! This girl deserves a raise she was outstanding 💝💗❤️💕 We need more people like her in customer service😍🥰

Had a terrible experience at this shop. They forgot some items from my online order so I drove back to get them. The staff was very rude and made it seem like it was such an inconvenience I was there. I tried to be nice about it and mentioned they also didn't mark our sandwiches so we couldn't tell them apart. They didn't take that critique very well.

Came in at 7:50 p.m. on Monday 11/25. There were 2 younger looking ladies sitting down in the back on their phones that got up when I walked in and a younger guy in the front by the cash register. I then asked for a Mike’s Famous Philly. Was told that the grill was shut down for the night by one of the younger ladies. Asked when they closed and one of the younger ladies said “not for a while.” I responded with “wow okay” and scoffed because that is terrible customer service and a terrible response. The younger guy said sorry and I left the store.

I then got in my car and saw that the store closes at 9 p.m. I honestly really like Jersey Mike’s a lot and their sandwiches are amazing but this makes me not ever want to come back to that store again. It’s heartbreaking that they cleaned the grill over an hour before closing just so they can go home early. I would love to speak to the manager and tried calling the customer service line in the car but they wanted me to fill out a form which I am going to. I wasn’t mad just shocked at how lazy people are but that is how Pueblo is I guess.

Also when in my car I hung around for about 10 minutes typing this review and looked through the window and saw the two younger ladies go to the back of the store again to just sit down and play on their phones.

I probably won’t go to that Jersey Mike’s ever again after that experience which breaks my heart because I love Jersey Mikes and it’s the only one in Pueblo.
