I tried Jersey Mike's years ago in canyon City and thought it was awful so I went back to Subway and stayed with Subway here and there. Until the other night I'm back in Colorado and my brother-in-law went and picked us up some sandwiches from Jersey Mike's. And it was awesome fresh bread everything the me everything was nice and fresh and this was at 8:30 at night. Guess what I won't be going back to Subway

Even though the subs were great (as always), and it was a tad busy (lunch rush, what do you expect?), I felt some tension in the air. I don't think the staff was managed very well (or particularly like each other). I worked food service for 20 years. This was not a well oiled machine. Which is unusual for this location. Usually they are moving right along. And, a word of advice, if you don't like what you're doing, go find something else to do. Food service...

The food is always amazing, mostly all of the employees are Respectful.
As a Delivery driver, and as someone stopping into eat. This spot is a Must Try.
The Cheesesteaks are amazing.
