This location needs to either replace or retrain their store manager. My daughter has been working there for two years. She unfortunately had to take a week off to travel across the country to attend her grandmother's funeral. Upon returning from such a traumatic event for her as her grandmother was a huge part of her young life, the witless store manager had cut her hours more than 50%. So now she is coming to terms with the loss of her grandmother, and being penalized by an untrained manager. Do better Jimmy John's!!!

Came in with a big order right at lunch time (I know terrible customer etiquette) but they executed perfectly, quickly, professionally and without any complaining or attitude (which happens sometimes with customers like me) I just really want to shout out the people working, especially the cash register and my sandwich artist for not letting my hairbrained order ruin their day.
