This is an excellent coffee and tea shop in Pueblo with a vegan restaurant operating out of the kitchen, called The Cutting Board. The coffee and drink menu is exquisite. They offer a wide variety of drinks and can create ones for you. I ordered an orange green tea iced and it was delicious and refreshing. The owner and staff are delightful. The shop's ambiance is lovely with a warm, boho, homey feel. It's relaxing. Somewhere you'd enjoy meeting friends or soaking up solitude. The food offered is phenomenal! I tried a vegan patty melt and can say without doubt that it was the best I've ever had, meat or plant based. The bun was fresh and artisanal, the burger was Beyond, grilled and seasoned to perfection with delicious melty cheese and sauce. I devoured it with lust! Their seadoned fries andvdill dip should not be missed. Just a fabulous, tasty compliment to the sandwich. I highly recommend this establishment!

Kava was good and strong. Good kava is a welcome thing in Colorado and hard to find. However, you will find that they are inspired to make their kava in a traditional Polynesian manner. Recommend that one starts slow. You know like gummies. Felt very welcomed and the hope that downtown Pueblo area is making a comeback. Don't leave stuff in your car in this neighborhood.

Horrible Boba! We ordered the peaches and cream and tasted like Sweetened milk. The tapioca boba was hard and taste like hard dough. Dont recommend at all!
