This is an excellent coffee and tea shop in Pueblo with a vegan restaurant operating out of the kitchen, called The Cutting Board. The coffee and drink menu is exquisite. They offer a wide variety of drinks and can create ones for you. I ordered an orange green tea iced and it was delicious and refreshing. The owner and staff are delightful. The shop's ambiance is lovely with a warm, boho, homey feel. It's relaxing. Somewhere you'd enjoy meeting friends or soaking...
Kava was good and strong. Good kava is a welcome thing in Colorado and hard to find. However, you will find that they are inspired to make their kava in a traditional Polynesian manner. Recommend that one starts slow. You know like gummies. Felt very welcomed and the hope that downtown Pueblo area is making a comeback. Don't leave stuff in your car in this neighborhood.
