Had a pleasant experience in the drive thru. Service was fast however the chicken is less than fresh, very dry and hard. The mt dew I got with my order is 90% carbonated water and lacks flavor.

Tried getting a hot honey tender combo, they were out. So I asked for a sandwich combo with mash potatoes and gravy and two biscuits w honey and butter. Got a sandwich with an old dried up patty, with barely any honey, no pickles at all, super old fries instead of mashed potatoes, and didn’t even get honey or butter with my biscuits. Thanks for taking my money to go right into my trash can.

Outstanding, delicious food, brilliant service, inviting atmosphere. Try one of the $5 bowls add a drink it's six something. You can't beat it people. But you can most certainly order another bowl of a different variety because they are so inexpensive. Certainly not cheap just a wonderful value.

Drive through to pick up some dinner for my mom, who at 100+years old, doesn't go out when the weather's frigid. Food was typical KFC. I thought the chicken tenders were a little dry, as was the cole slaw.

Ahh the new eating place. 2 thighs are greasy and good. Fake mashed potatoes edible. A chunk of lard in the deep fryer. Give to dogs.

Do not use the KFC app. I ran into an order issue the restaurant, at first, refused to fix. When I asked for a refund, Diego stated because it was an app order, he could not give me a refund. The customer service phone number he provided me only operates M-F 8am-5pm. This is unacceptable and bad service. I will not be back.
