The quality is starting to drop. I've been going to KFC for 64 years, and was thrilled when you came back to town. Please, don't do like all the other food chains, and go to the bottom.
Floors throughout business are very slippery . Suggest to have them steam cleaned or power washed to remove grease. And use a separate mop bucket and mop for the dinning and public areas than what is used on the kitchen and behind the counter areas. For public safety concerns. Rest of the dinning area is kept very clean. And staff are very friendly and attentive. Some even hold doors while customers with mobility issues enter. Food has always been delicious. Thank you for this opportunity to share.

It was very clean and service fast but there was a issue when I pulled up w shopping carts because I am homeless and someone inside got all paranoid because the cart scare people idk but I was offended by people in Pueblo they are very judgemental and I get it somewhat some of the homeless get out of hand but I haven't been in streets long and don't have anyway to carry my belongings so before u spaz out be those people "homeless" are around think about all the embarrassment that we go thru as it is. Dou think we don't hold our head down in shame already having to be seen living like this! Stop judging and have a little bit if compassion and be HUMBLE because u to can be that person tomorrow or the next day so don't be a hipocrit GOD loves all whether FAT, BLACK,TALL, WHITE, OR YELLOW ,SMALL . TABLES TURN u should learn . Always be kind and love is so much better than hate can u relate? We are human beings too Noone is better than the next n person.
