From the moment you step into their newly renovated restaurant, you know you’re in for a treat. The cozy, intimate atmosphere, with its soft lighting and decor dedicated to the history of the area, sets the perfect tone for a wonderful dining experience. The staff greets you with genuine warmth, offering impeccable service without being intrusive. The food was truly some of the best we’ve had in quite some time. My husband had ribeye (medium), I had salmon. Both were so flavorful, absolutely wonderful. We love supporting local and will return here often. If you’re new in town, please don’t let the area hold you back, it’s part of the history and experience.
First of all, this place is very much OPEN and we’re very glad they are! From the atmosphere to the drinks (try the black orchid margarita) to the steaks and the staff—excellent. This is our new favorite place in Pueblo.
We really like what they did with this place, and good atmosphere. There are 4 items on the menu, prime rib a couple steaks and salmon, it’s basic and straight forward but good and a fair price. We liked the prime rib, ordered it medium rare and was perfect. Horseradish or creamy horseradish, au jus, garlic mashed potatoes, vegetable, salad and garlic bread. Also a few desert options. It was busy, so probably want a reservation if going on a Friday or Saturday.
What a pleasant surprise. Steve’s Klamm Shell a relic of the old steelworkers bar neighborhood which closed recently has been re-invented as a really good steakhouse. While the building retains its vintage look int has been redone and now features a 4 item Steak and Prime rib menu. I found the food to be excellent and service prompt and friendly. Gone is old bar and now a great little steakhouse replacing it..
