Amazing staff, food was great had bread and an appetizer at the table waiting while we were being seated which is nice to have while you look over the menu and have a drink not to mention the love and history with this establishment is so nice to see highly recommend this establishment for anniversaries or get togethers or just to sit and socialize
My food was deplorable at best. Fried pork chops smelled like fish, so bad that my wife could smell from another room when I got back with our takeout that she thought I ordered fish. Tasted like old carp too ! Run far away from this place and don't look back. Was severely disappointed as I enjoy local restaurants and try to not eat at chain ones. 😓

My husband and I were in town to visit relatives who were arriving the next day. We wanted a place to eat that was different than the ordinary franchises. This place hit the spot.THE FOOD TASTED AMAZING AND SO WAS THE SERVICE! The atmosphere was a little loud. Other than that, we loved eating at a casual-local place rather than a fancy restaurant. We DEFINITELY RECOMMEND eating at La Tronicas.

Totally love this family owned, Pueblo iconic restaurant - Take a step back in time...
La Tronica's is more than just a restaurant; it's a beloved institution in Pueblo. Owned by the charismatic Frankie, who is as much a part of the experience as the food, this place offers a nostalgic trip back in time. Known for its delicious, Pueblo traditional Italian home-style cooking,
La Tronica's serves up , not only delicious Italian classics like Classic Spaghetti & Meatballs, Manicotti, Lasagna, Fried Spaghetti & More Italian.
You can get the best mouthwatering steaks, homemade chicken fried steaks, pork chops & more. Served with bread sticks from a local bakery, Italian sausage, from a local market.
Don't miss the dirty Martini's and Lemon Drops. Finish your meal with a scoop of old-school Spamoni ice cream.
Dietary restrictions: There are some low carb options...Fried Spaghetti w/sausage links, no pasta, extra veggies ?steaks, pork chops.

Very quaint place. Perfect for a couple in love. Has great Italian food and spirits, or wine. A hidden gem for only the longtime native citizens of Pueblo, CO.

$24 a plate! Bland food, only lettuce in the salad and bottled dressing. "Fool me only",,, we won't be back.

Drinks were good that’s about it. Ordered rib eye steaks, fatty, gave us knives that wouldn’t cut the meat, finally had to ask for silverware, no blue cheese for salad, French fries not cooked and cold, baked potatoes cold and not cooked either, had two drinks for each and cost was over 125.00 without tip. Very very sad for a landmark restaurant, wouldn’t go there again

I'm not sure how this place earned so much praise in the past, honestly. I don't like writing negative reviews, but after our experience it makes sense to.
Went for someone's birthday, waited forever to receive food for our party. In the meantime, we got wine in a baby sized bottle, the waitress was super rude, and we got salads of a laughable quality. Seriously, it was like 3 bites of lettuce and nothing else.
The food was average at best? I'm not super picky so that wasn't my biggest gripe, but it certainly wasn't worth the wait or the atmosphere. I know most of the party I was with did not care for the food, though.

The nostalgic experience is unforgettable. Frank with his crew serves the best hand made sauce and pasta. If you are a foodie this is a religious experience!
