I had a very disappointing experience ordering from Little Caesars through DoorDash. Our driver, Angelo, forgot our soda and claimed the store never gave it to her. She then said she could go back and get it, but also said she wouldn’t have our address to bring it back—which made no sense. On top of that, she told us we could just go pick it up ourselves, completely defeating the purpose of paying for delivery. Additionally, the driver appeared very unprofessional and disheveled, which made the experience even more uncomfortable. To make matters worse, the crazy bread we received was undercooked and doughy, making it inedible. Between the missing items, poor food quality, and delivery issues, this was extremely frustrating—especially after paying delivery fees and a credit that I have to pick up. Definitely not what I expected.

Ordered for pick up, went thru drive thru, girl at window was so rude rolled her eyes when I asked for my crazy sauce, then she hands me cold sauce, 😡😡😡. Get home with pizzas just to have received wrong pizzas, then I call and Magen answers the phone told her we got the wrong pizzas, then I had to go back to get the right pizzas. 😡😡😡😡. People there are rude. They are lucky to even get 1 star

I just moved here, and have had pizza from this location on 3 different occasions. It was done right, and delicious each time. I love the option for green chilis here. That's not a common topping at most locations across the country, but I'm extremely happy they offer it here. If you haven't had a sausage and green chili pizza, order one today. They'll hook you up.

The food is great but whole delivery set up sucks. They use door dash and when something is wrong with the delivery order, both the restaurant and the delivery person play the blame game. They didn't deliver half of my order. The driver told me to call the store and the store told me to call door dash. So instead of getting the rest of my order I had to get a refund, which won't be given for 3-5 business days. Lame.
