After our third experience eating at this terrific restaurant, my wife and I had to share our thoughts. Both of us were born and raised in New Orleans and my wife is a great Creole cook herself. So, we are truly lucky we are to have Amber, her husband and their crew in our community serving up such delicious Creole and Cajun food with love. The shrimp poboys (both fried & scampi versions) were super, and the remoulade sauce really capped them off properly. Also, Amber's husband offered to sell us a container of their remoulade sauce after I raved about how great it was- I gladly accepted the offer. But on our latest visit we were really fortunate that Amber had both her great etouffee and muffaletta sandwiches. What a combination! I also have to say that on all three visits we had different but equally great servers. In summary, try this place for a unique take on Creole/Cajun cuisine in our community.

The food was too greasy and too salty. There was so much batter I couldn’t taste the fish. The atmosphere was nice. The waitress was very nice. I feel like I wasted my money. I was neither happy or satisfied.

So good! The crawfish queso was a great appetizer and I highly recommend the shrimp po boy. We also had the gumbo just to try and it was so well done. Solid Cajun food that's not trying too hard!

So happy Pueblo has a creole restaurant. Loved the atmosphere- very clean, well decorated. Also a big stocked bar and TVs throughout. The waitress was excellent and the food came out quickly. The food all tasted homemade. Our favorite was the muffuletta - very generous portion for 1/2 order! Gumbo was good, but will try more cajun options next time.I would recommend and plan to return soon!Kid-friendliness: Very kid-friendly. Kids menu is reasonable and generous.

I used to travel to New Orleans and Baton Rouge for business. I have had a decent amount of Cajun food. I also cook my own Cajun food at home. One thing I do not make is Po Boys.We split a shrimp Po Boy. There was nothing special about it, in that it was fairly tasteless. Hot sauce did nothing to help it. I really liked the fries. The freshly cooked beignets were killer. Our server was exceptional. With the array of tacos on the menu, I really do not know what this place it trying to be.The layout and atmosphere was sports-barish.Overall, the experience was mildly disappointing. We will try them again. I hope that they improve.

I absolutely love this place. We have become regulars at this establishment and the staff and owners have embraced my entire family and treat them as if they were their own. Amber is passionate about her food and bringing her Creole culture to Pueblo. I have navigated the entire menu and absolutely love the Red Beans, Gumbo, Jambalaya and the PoBoys are out of this world. I love the breading on their shrimp and crawfish so much that I could literally eat this as a meal by itself, lol. I would be remiss if I didn't mention the Beignets, OMG!!! They are what dreams are made of. If you are looking for amazing food in an atmosphere that is truly enjoyable and the friendliest staff around, look no further, this is the place.

Hello AmberI did tell the waitress and she had a lady come to our table from the kitchen and took the food away. They did offer another meal and we selected street tacos. This is my review and I say the creole food was not good at all. I'm glad you stand behind your creole food. My opinion is that the sausage and chicken jambalaya was terrible a big mushy mushy ball of rice and my gumbo was very watery like a soup. But your street tacos were good. Thank you for giving us the opportunity to select a different item from the menu. I'd say stick to the other foods on the menu and stay away from creole food. Just saying!"Look at the attached pictures. I dunno but as an owner of this restaurant this is not what gumbo and Jambalaya look like. In addition, the taste wasn't good either. They do have good recipes on the internet, try one.

Amazing. We have gone a few times now and went while they were in the food truck also! We got the privilege of speaking to the owners husband one day and loved hearing about the transition to brick&mortor and some great ideas for things upcoming!! So glad i found a good spot for Gator out here!!

Was craving street tacos and remembered I'd seen this place advertised in the chieftain. Very unimpressed, I'll keep looking next time SMH.

This place is one of the best places to have great food and company! The owners will come and talk to every table and you feel like you are part of their family. I have eaten here three times. The food is so well seasoned and flavorful. They also do an amazing crawfish boil! You get a lot of food when you order which is great! I highly recommend this place!

I tried the food at the food truck a few times-especially during harvest season, which you know in Pueblo means green chile and tomatoes! The food paired perfectly with those fresh of the season bites! Now that the restaurant is open, I've been for happy hour and lunch. The Cajun mule and onion rings were amazing. I loved the Po Boy too. The ambiance is inviting and the staff are incredible. We felt welcome. This will definitely be a regular place to go!

We love this place! We've been 4-5 times and everytime the food is awesome! We always get the shrimp tacos, but lately have branched out and tried the gumbo, beignets and my kiddo loves the creole sloppy joe and deep fried oreos. Everytime the service has been very attentive. So glad Pueblo has some unique options!
