The food was good but noone there washes their hands or wares food handling gloves so makes you wonder how clean they really are. And noone knows english so makes it harder to tell them anything. But they should be wearing and changing gloves regularly when handling food and they dont even try. Gross IMO
I've been coming here since high school, when it was called Taco Star. It's still my favorite casual burrito place 18 years later. Every time I visit family in Pueblo I have to hit up Los Canales for the supreme burrito. I literally dream about this place.
Outstanding staff. I've gotten to know these amazing people the staff is unique hard-working and very Exquisite humans. the food here is is spectacular! My only complaint is that sometimes you will find a raw potato they're french fries don't get cooked through all the way which doesn't make much sense 🤔
