Ordered a #17 they didn’t put guacamole they barely sprinkled cheese on them and they gave two little things of salsa that were half way full for 12 rolled tacos. Los carnales has gone downhill.
These people are essentially falsely advertising and borderline scamming people. They charge almost $10 a burrito for just french fries. Do not support businesses like this. I understand needing to make a profit but they are downright unethical and swindling people. I ordered 2 breakfast burritos (one sausage and one fish) and they were essentially nothing but fries. The sausage burrito literally contained less than half a thumb sized sausage link and maaaaybe half an egg. They do not use real potatoes and there was a lot of grease, even for me who doesn't mind grease within reason. The fish burrito looked like there was even less fish in it. I have never contested a food charge before, but this is ridiculous. I will not be back, which is a shame, because the girl was nice and the tortillas themselves seemed pretty good. What a rip off.

I order a number six. Woman missed heard me and put in a number two. Which is two tacos. Didn't really care had to get back to work and I have something on my stomach at least. Got back into work try to take a quick bite and found out the chicken in the tacos weren't even cooked all the way. Can't go back to get a refund or what I really want. Because now i'm on the clock in less than two minutes.
Update.
Try to get a hold of the restaurant to see if they can give me a refund over the phone or try to come back after work to get the toca remade or get my number six. I asked for a manager and they kept patting or something on the phone to get me to hang up. Try calling back and they didn't pick up. For the record I am not being rude or cussing anybody out. A mistake is a mistake everybody makes it. I just want my money back or get what I want it. If I could eat raw chicken I would.
It's sad because I really like coming here on my lunch break. The staff is sweet and kind. Really is a bummer to see them at like this.
Definitely will be calling food and safety. This is not okay and I like to think I am a very reasonable person.

I go here quite often and I absolutely love the Supreme burrito especially smothered! The lady that's always at the window is very sweet and polite! I absolutely adore her❤️ AND Unlike Taco Bell they have NEVER gotten my order wrong👏

We enjoyed a bean burrito and carnitas taco. We were happy with the flavor, size, and price. We appreciated they were open late. Will come again.

Anytime my girlfriend orders food here, she brings home FAT burritos. Anytime I order myself, the burritos are thin, the portions on plates are small. And they have the nerve to ask for a tip.

The carne asada burrito 🌯 was amazing. Fresh pico inside & guacamole. It was huge and kept me full for hours. The rojo & verde salsa were flavorful.

I have been a regular, tipping customer who has never complained about an order. Last week, I ordered a fish taco plate with two plain churros. What I received was essentially a lettuce taco with tiny pieces of fish, no bigger than my pinky finger. I brought this to the manager's attention, and she asked if I wanted a refund or for them to remake the food. I chose the latter and mentioned I'd come back another day. She agreed.
Tonight, I returned to request the remade meal, as we had discussed. However, the manager seemed to have an attitude and asked for last week's plate in exchange, which was never mentioned during our initial conversation. Despite this, they remade the food, and I checked everything—it looked much better this time. Unfortunately, the manager's demeanor made me feel uncomfortable, as if she was angry with me. Additionally, they mistakenly gave me a strawberry churro instead of the plain ones I had ordered. Luckily, neither my friend nor I are allergic to strawberries.
Due to the manager's attitude and the mistakes with my order, I will not be returning.
