Pretty much the best food in all of Pueblo. Dine-in is not available but it is still a cute and interesting place. You would be hard-pressed to find food of higher quality anywhere in Pueblo county. Happy 77th anniversary. Here's to many more Phoenix's to come

Been going since I was a child to the downtown location. The Martinez sisters know how to sling proper food that blows me away. I went to visit a family member in the hospital in Pueblo even though I haven’t food from Martinez’s in years it was perfection and I greatly appreciate the skill and love put into every dish.

Amazing homemade food, with excellent service. Takeout only! My favorite so far is the chorizo breakfast burrito smothered in chile. Everything here is made from scratch!

The Martinez Cafe is the best little hidden gem of Pueblo, CO. The food reminds me of my late grandmother's cooking. The services was impeccable with the atmosphere of an authentic mexican-american home kitchen. I suggest that everyone come to The Martinez Cafe for breakfast and lunch. You will be truly surprised!!

This is take out since Covid but before had a charming chill atmosphere with no Cell phone use which was enforced. Incredible breakfast, eggs and chili were amazing!

I'm a Dasher and there was a mis communication between dashers. I got the opportunity to try their food. It was delicious ladies. Thank you so much 💓 my family will be ordering breakfast from ya'll. Best homecooked breakfast I've had in a long time from any restaurant. If it was possible I'd get them 10 stars instead of 5. Very friendly sisters who are there. People you have got to try them. You will not be disappointed. Thank you again

Martinez Cafe, Pueblo, Colorado

A culinary expedition from Martinez Cafe in Pueblo, Colorado, promises an exquisite journey through the flavors and textures of Mexican cuisine. With my recent order, I had the pleasure of indulging in the following delights:

The Phoenix Breakfast Burrito
Tortilla (Flour or Corn)
Martinez Omelet
Rellenos

The Phoenix Breakfast Burrito was a harmonious symphony of savory ingredients, meticulously wrapped in a tortilla that, while not house-made, provided a satisfactory vessel for the delightful ensemble within. Each bite offered a balanced melody of flavors, ensuring an exquisite experience.

The Martinez Omelet was a triumph of culinary artistry, showcasing a perfect balance of textures and tastes. The ingredients were impeccably fresh, and the execution demonstrated a keen understanding of traditional Mexican techniques, elevated to a refined level.

The Rellenos was a gem—crispy on the outside, tender and flavorful on the inside, embodying the essence of a well-crafted dish that leaves a lasting impression on the palate.

While the tortillas were not homemade, which could have added an unparalleled touch of authenticity, the overall experience was nothing short of remarkable. Martinez Cafe presents a well-crafted culinary narrative that pays homage to Mexican breakfast classics with finesse and elegance. A visit here is highly recommended for those seeking a refined yet soulful gastronomic adventure.

Thank's for the note but I would highly recommend putting Add-On's and extra's under the meal like most restaurants and not under Taco Salad. It would be the best way to guarantee your $1.25 for extra onions. Never would of thought to look under Taco Salad.

My family has been eating here since 1992. Simply the BEST Mexican food I’ve ever had and consistently so. My wife and and I have been living in Virginia for two years - and truly missed Martinez food. So when we came back this week on vacation, we drove 90 miles from Salida to eat there. Worth every mile!
